great packages and helpful staff quick delivery fantastic prices why pay for 2nd hand when you can get new for same price

We bought two beds, two chairs,lounge, dinningtable and chairs,computer table all were no good and
Have been falling apart or now broken not really good proudcts will never buy them again if i could wouldnt put any stars.

I knew what I wanted and looked online. I found what I wanted online so I went in store to Warrawong to see it for myself. It was as described online so I ordered it. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Staff were great, got straight to the point, helpful with colour and fabric choice and our shopping was done in no time. Highly recommend!

I bought a Capri double mattress 3 months ago and have serious issues with it compressing where I lay. I am the only one that sleeps in the bed and find it to be really uncomfortable. Have sent 4 emails to the Warrawong store and have had no response at all. I have taken photos of this mattress and would like a full refund for an obviously faulty product. I am prepared to take this matter further due to Fantastic furniture lack of response. Appalling follow up service.....

It was really easy to navigate around my local fantastic furniture store. I knew exactly whereto find the product that I wanted.
And the staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful the delivery was fast as well. I ordered the bed on Sunday and it was delivered Monday morning. I definitely recommend fantastic furniture.

The staff made our purchase easy and stress free. We were able to try out the lounge comfort level prior to purchase and choose our own fabrics easily. The staff member we had was knowledgeable and efficient. We receive it in 6-8 weeks and were able to pay a deposit rather than full price upfront which is AWESOME if you are buying a few bulky items. All in all we love Fantastic Furniture Warrawong.

Store is located just next to the big street, easy to find. In the store, there are plenty of different choice of sofa and sofa bed etc. also, compare to next store, fantastic Furniture offer more economical price to customer.
There were no assemble guide in the package but that was only one step click in one second. anyone can do it easily.
