Here are a couple of pics of my new lounge, left in the middle of my lounge room! Customer service? NOT!! I'll be cutting this box up for weeks to put in my bin!

As a regular customer I was very disappointed with that store no customer skills what so ever very rude even with loading the goods no help what so ever they should sack that manager his not worth to be in that position

Great customer service and product knowledge. Greeted with a smile and a hello, we were left to wonder around and when we were happy with our choice we were met with the smiliest face

Store was very easy to find, products were great for value, Exmtremly happy with what I purchased, No trouble to assemble.

The variety of products available were easy to find with a great floorplan layout.As a family we enjoyed the task of erecting the products.Not only did we find it challenging upon completion but satisfying with the great end result.

I’ve never had such a poor experience in a Fantastic Furniture store, so this will be the last time I ever purchase from them. Staff were rude and we were made to feel like we were stupid for having to ask them how to collect our goods after we paid.

Online purchase was quick and easy. Was notified by the store within 10 minutes that the item was ready for pick-up. Really happy with the ease of the system.
