Purchase a few times in last 3 months, staff always there to help decide, on colour or design, the store is well laid out, clean and tidy so your able to browse easily, staff always cheerful. I wouldn't purchase any where else.

Product was perfect, no assembly required as floor stock, amazing customer service received from the phone call to the in store service by Sharon.

Very easy to find the bookshelf I was interested in purchasing. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and pickup was very quick and warehouse staff obliging. Assembly of bookshelf was easy too!!

Overall happy with what bit of couch I have received but still waiting on my 3 seater to be delivered. My order was back in August. told it could still be 1 to 2 weeks.

December 2nd 2018 Update: 4 mths on and Still waiting

Consumer affairs have been notified as this is ridiculous 4 mths on and I’m still waiting for part of my couch.

I found the store to be very easy to navigate around as it was well laid out and bright and airy. The product range was very diverse to suit a variety of tastes and a good selection of each range was on display. The pricing of the packages were extremely good, the quality of them were higher than I expected considering the price bracket and the staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will happily consider purchasing from them again for future items.

Quite difficult to assemble, I was worried when buying about assembling. I assumed the delivery guy would do it but I had to get a handyman. But wanted to set up quickly although hire a hubby quite busy.

Brought table and chairs have to hire a hubby for the chairs but I did the table so that's alright

Everything about fantastic furniture in Traralgon is great. Customer service choice if product and furniture is so different from what is on offer at other retailers.

The products are modern and fashionable.
I felt the quality was up there with the other leading brands.

The staff were very kind and helpful,
The supply of stock was great, we paid for and received our purchase within minutes.
We got great quality for around 60% of what we would have paid elsewhere.

I found everything I was looking for, I was very happy with the products when I received them, looking at the instructions to assemble I found it very easy

It was ok to navigate around the store, but could of had more range of bed suites. I purchased 2 massive book shelves, a coffee table, a bed frame and queen size mattress. There was a chip or 2 on the coffee leg tables but are covered once assembled. The was a few chips on the shelves, but hardly noticeable. The bed was easy to put together, but very time consuming as having to individually screw in each slat instead of being joined together.
