Happy with the purchase of TV room sofa. Been through few furniture stores looking for sofa where prices was far out of our budget as we only looking for small sofa due to space constraints.
Staff was friendly and answer to our queries. Although we have to wait for our custom chosen fabric but overall is happy with the experience.

I needed a small bunk bed for my children, I searched online at fantastic furniture, found what I wanted, found the store that stocked what I was after. Went to the store and collected the bunk bed.
I was a little disappointed for the price I didn't get a mattress with the bunk bed and they didn't have the mattress in store so i am still waiting to collect that nearly a week later, however the bed was easy to put together and the kids love it and the sandy color looks much better in their room then their old white beds, so overall pretty satisfied.

Great online shopping, great products, great prices followed by great customer service at the Cockburn warehouse dispatch. Will definatly reccomend Fantastic Furniture

Found these two little coffee tables in-store at Fantastic Furniture. No gimmicks or free items offered when you spend over $1,000 like at other stores, just good quality at a very reasonable price. Customer service was great with young lady happy to move the coffee table around to allow me to see if it was going to be the right height next to my lounge. Tables were available from the store that day which always makes me very happy and the staff loaded the boxes into my car. Easy assembly and they look great.

It seams every time we want to purchase a product from there catalog it's never available so it seams like a waste of time advertising it when you have to wait 16 to 20 weeks for any of it. If you live over east say Sydney you would normally get the advertised products straight away . It doesn't seam fare Fantastic Furniture
