I bought a wooden bedroom furniture set. It looks absolutely stunning in the room! Also has a very strong structure. Super happy with it!

I made my purchase at the Pakenham (Vic) store. The lady who served us was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. She explained everything clearly. As we ordered in the December, it took a little longer to arrive due to Chinese New Year. We would have appreciated more contact from Focus in regards to delivery however, the delivery process was easy and can be done on Saturdays!! The couch is super comfy and we are very pleased with this purchase, especially being so affordable. We would definitely recommend purchasing from Focus on Furntiure.

We have made 2 seperate purchases over the last few weeks and have had nothing but excellent service. The products in store suited what we required for our home, and then the easy processing of transactions was great. One item in stock, and no problem when we picked up and the other we had to wait, but contacted us to arrange delivery well before time frame given.

Sofa cushion was stained. Waited nearly 2 weeks for replacement sofa and cushion was stained on that too, so had to take a new cushion and not a new sofa.

Very efficient, and professional with assisting in set up of furniture. This was the first time I had purchased from focus on furniture and I will most definitely be making it my go to store when I purchase more furniture for our new home.

Ordered bed and bedsides which arrived well and are just what we ordered. The whole process was great until we noticed the delivery people had left a large pile of foam and cardboard all over our front lawn. I called and was told that in the fine print it states that they will not remove rubbish.

I understand the policy exists but no residential bin has the capacity to handle this volume of plastic and cardboard. It took weeks of chopping up the cardboard etc into pieces small enough to dispose of.

This really ruined the experience and I don’t Think we will ever purchase again from them as other companies handle the junk they leave behind.

Purchased in store. Purchasing was easy and sales consultant was friendly and helpful. Item was in stock and delivered within a few days. Just wish the delivery guys would have taken the material that was protecting the furniture.

We visited the Pakenham store and were well informed by staff as we looked at sofa beds. It was no trouble for the staff to set up the various models we looked at.
Our selection was available and delivered earlier than anticipated and is very suitable in our home.

The entire process from picking the furniture to ordering and even delivery was made easy by the excellent staff, we purchased an entire house worth of furniture and every piece has been excellent. Would highly recommend these guys.

Easy in store transaction, estimated we would receive the item in 12-16 weeks, got it in 10 weeks just before Xmas.

Staff were very friendly and easy to deal with, they helped me find the perfect lounge for my room, will be purchasing again from the Pakenham store.

We purchased a lounge from focus on furniture, on the day the delivery was scheduled, they did not turn up, couldn't have apologised more and promised a full refund. The couch was delivered two days later. I went back into the store to get the refund for the delivery and it was a joke, no notes on the computer, the person from the delivery centre wouldn't even speak with me, no apology and no refund. Once they have your money, they will do what they want. Will NOT be shopping there again. Terrible customer service.

Went to pakenham store to purchase new king bedroom set and mattress. After standing in store for 10 min while 3 staff talked then having to go and ask for assistance was quiet a shock since we were the only ones in store!
Delivery is not flexible nor reliable with times.
The products we purchased (tall boy 2xside tables base bedhead) are lovely after we cleaned out all the dead bugs! Delivery staff were excellent and very helpful.

In store I have purchased several items and have received fantastic service especially from Vic will always continue to purchase for quality and price and service.
