I recently purchased the Rustic bed suite and the Kennedy TV unit and coffee table. Really happy. Good quality, affordable, really easy process. The people who came to put it together were on time, efficient and friendly.

Bought a tv entertainment unit on boxing day sale, staff were fantastic. We picked up the item from their warehouse, it was noted on the box "opened & checked", upon arriving home, we opened the box only to see a big white stain on the wood! I thought, have they really checked the product? Went to the shop and they just told me to go to the website and lodge the complain. Their reply email said i will be contacted within 48hrs, nothing. Emailed them again only to be told they don't have any stock and i have to wait until Feb to get my unit! Will never buy from them again.

Easy to assemble.... customer service was friendly and professional ....easy pick up from warehouse had to exchange electrical connection but that was no drama.

Flow on furniture as grouped in various styles of household rooms. Team member assisted with choices after explaining suit description. Excellect service on delivery.

We loved the whole process - the staff were wonderful, fantastic price, love the fabric and how solid the lounge suite is. It did take a couple of weeks longer for it to be ready but was definitely worth the wait! Delivery and assembly was wonderful too! Could not recommend Focus On Furniture highly enough!! We’ll be back for any future furniture purchases!

Really impressed with the staff at the store, love the couch (very comfy) but the delivery experience soured the whole experience.

The layout of the store was set up so you could easily imagine the furniture in your own home. I found my couch and with a little haggling I also got it for the price I wanted.
The only complaints I have is in regard to the delivery setup. I received 1 days notice for delivery and luckily I was having that day off work.
I did have to leave work early to make it to the store to pay the balance only to find I could have paid it on delivery.
The delivery guys where quick and very experienced but they did leave all the wrapping behind leaving a large amount cardboard and other materials to dispose of.

Struggled to find the right couch at any other stores for our new home, found this one at Springvale, then did the deal through Pakenham which worked out well. The couch is great, does what we needed it to do. Delivery was on time. The only minor gripe I have was that I had spoken to them and sorted out that I would need the couch delivered the following week, the next day my wife got a call asking to sort out what was happening with my couch. Obviously someone didn't update it in the system or something? Otherwise, all good.

The staff were very informative and helpful. Goods arrived packed well in a timely manner. We were happy with the quality of the goods.

When purchasing the couch we were told that we would have to wait 4 weeks for it to be build overseas and then delivered to our house. A month went by and the date got pushed back another week and then a second week. This was an ongoing thing until about 3 to 3 and a half months passed that we were actually being told we would be receiving the following week. The whole process took way to long and was just a joke.

We first purchased a crescent couch, alice TV unit, alice dining table. Then added 3 mattresses, and then alice bedsides to our collection. All that we have purchased is excellent condition. Lovely knowledgable staff at the pakenham store.
We are extremely happy with our purchases even 7mth down the track.

The store was very attractive, great layout and nicely decorated. Very impressed with the quality of the furniture we bought. We assembled the coffee table ourselves which was very easy, the dinning table and chairs we got delivered and assembled.

I can say that I had the best survice from the staff and delivery people who put the Furniture together for us,we are very satisfied with the quality and will be coming back for more furniture very soon .
