I have purchased in store, and it has been a good experience, the sales persons are all welcoming. I have seen this unit a quite a long time ago, but it was not in stock, and I could not find such a master piece anywhere in Perth. So I waited for this unit and got it at last, but it felt so good to have it what ever I was looking for from this store.

I purchased the Genny 2 Seater Sofa with Chaise in Charcoal from Furniture Bazaar in Cannington. Quality bonded leather, extremely comfy and looks great! The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional. The sofa was discounted (Managers Special) and in stock at the time. I had shopped around at other furniture stores and for the price I paid, all other modular sofas no where near measured up. I have already recommended the item to a family member and they purchased the same sofa the following weekend!

After being harassed non stop by sales staff at another well known furniture store nearby, it was delightful to walk into FB Cannington, be asked once if needed help and then be left alone to look around the store under no pressure. Best service was the delivery guy who was pleasant, conscientious and very careful when handling and maneuvering furniture. Thank you.

One of the sofas I purchased (as seen) when delivered was found to have several small holes in one of the seats, looked like maybe a label had been attached and torn off causing damage. I was given option to return or $75 towards the repair of same. As I loved the sofas I opted to get repaired. Manager very helpful

Purchased this luxurious bedding in store with excellent customer service! Even though the store was exceptionally busy staff still managed to come up to me and help me with my decision making to ensure I would be happy with my purchase. Staff were friendly and informative when addressing where pick up was.

This was my first visit to furniture bazaar and I ended up buying a lounge. Honestly, I was surprised by the great range of products they carry. Great service and help given from hoshil. Will definitely be coming back for the rest of furnishings.

Bought my Lounge set from the Cannington Store. Unfortunately the staff were not able to answer me on how to unassemble the lounge. However when I sent an email enquiry, the Cockburn staff answered and were very patient and helpful with my queries. Great service from the Cockburn Team despite me not making a purchase from them! Delivery was as promised and within the agreed time. Great and pleasant experience.

Could have been perfect but some of the sales people were arrogant, if it's not for the quality furniture at a great price. I would not spend my money to pay the guys wages there.

I did shopping of $6064 on 29/11/15 at Cannington store. The service provided was excellent. The salesperson Harsh was very good in dealing and delivered an impressive service. I ll definitely recommend to my friends.
