Awesome product
We build our new home in Greenbank with GJ Gardner Jimboomba.
The sales Person Andy Randhawa was brilliant from the beginning to the end. As every build there were ups and downs during the build, but they were amended swiftly. The office personnel Debbie and Zoe, the Supervisor Nathan were all truly great people to work with. During the whole build period the entire team kept in contact and updated the progress. I would highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely build second home with them in future.

As a first home owner building my first house, the whole build process with GJ Gardner Jimboomba from start to finish was seamless. Andy from the sales team walked me through the entire process from start to finish and really put my mind at ease before making the leap.

th my build, I opted for a steel frame for structural integrity and never having to worry about termites. The house is extremely sturdy and the build quality is next to none. Likewise, the build went up without a hitch. Nathan my site manager has amazing attention to detail and delivered a truly amazing home. 10/10 service and post-build support. From start to finish the building experience with GJ Gardner Jimboomba was outstanding. From the trades that were selected to the admin team responding to all queries along the way it was all fantastic. Nathan (Building Supervisor) kept us informed of everything detail and timeframe of all milestones with no major hiccups. Project well done
G J Gardners staff were very helpful in all facets of the building of our home, Debbie went out of her way to help us, we commend her along with Andy the salesman and Nathan the Project manager. They were so knowledgeable and helpful and went to extremes to help us. Andy put in 100% from the start to the finish which we highly recommend to anyone building a home. He is exceptional in planning and kept us to our budget.

A Superior sales experience with Andy Randhawa.
The sales experience was great and I would give it 100% satisfaction. Very knowledgeable fellow who went far and above what was expected and he is a nice fellow to boot.
The building experience was probably a 8.5 out of 10.

First time home owners, which was a nice experience. Initial planning was clear (with assistance), and each staff member we encountered was receptive. Photos were regularly uploaded after the site manager was changed, which greatly helped us see the 'live' progress of the build. The quality of the build is great, our inspection officer even complimented the work he noticed. One issue we have noticed after building is the lack of the retaining wall. We were initially told that this would not be required due to the slope of the property. However,...Read more
after heavy rain, we noticed that over time, this could definitely become an issue if it wasn't addressed. This was not accounted for in the budgeting, so additional landscaping money has to be spent. The cost of the build itself was what we expected, even with modifications, we were easily in our budget range.1 comment

From beginning to end our experience building our first home with GJ gardener was fantastic.
We first met Andy at the display home after we purchased our block and he helped us create a home perfect for us and managed to keep within our budget.

Absolutely awesome!
G.J. Gardner Homes Jimboomba were wonderful. Our sales associate Andy Randhawa, building consultant Zoe Fullerton and build supervisor Nathan Stewart were knowledgeable, understanding, approachable and genuine. They were more than happy to answer any questions my partner and I had.
We decided to build the Fernbank 216 with an Urban Facade which is beautiful, we are so happy with it. Any issues we had along the way were handles proactively and professionally. They really worked with us as their customers to make sure that we were moving into a beautiful first home.
Since being under new management G.J. Gardner Jimboomba have lifted their game, we love our new home and would be more than happy to build with them in the future!

If Only I Could Have My Time Over Again
GJ Gardner was great right up until we signed the dotted line. After that, things deteriorated rapidly. Communication with our branch of GJ's was absolutely terrible. Attention to detail was non existent as our plans had to be modified 3 times to suit the original discussions with the sales office, with weeks between each draft and no progress updates. I then sat down to do the electrical plan which took afew hours with the salesman. This then needed to be redrafted twice with the accompanying delays between simply to get the power points right...Read more

We then went to the office for our color selection which was completely wrong when sent out to us for confirmation, it was that bad that they simply requested for us to go out and do it all over again because they had gotten so much wrong. After going back for a second time and taking afew hours to re-do our selection, they still managed to deliver the wrong window frames and the wrong bricks which then took afew weeks to get picked up and swapped over separately. I struggled to get any kind of start date out of them and the first site supervisor I had wouldn't return emails or phone calls. After months of this and becoming increasingly frustrated I went into the sales office to request alot more communication and progress updates as it seemed as though the progress was very slow and that our house would go a full week without tradies on it. I was then informed that we had a new supervisor. The communication remained non-existent and simple emails or phone calls would not be returned. The site supervisor that we were left with was and still is absolutely terrible and the worst part is that even trying to present a case to area franchisee was quashed with a simple email reply stating that 'Things in the building industry don't always goto plan'. They have managed to make one of the most enjoyable and exciting experiences of our life into one of the most stressful and disappointing things we have been through as a family to date.2 comments

Unfortunately in your circumstance you've missed out on a great experience during the build process, however the Jimboomba office does deliver the best value for money in the market, and builds a good quality home.
