We currently have a small list of defects requirening attention and Tony has set a time fram for completion not in a rush to see if other small matters arise.

Build completing was ahead of time. Site supervisor was very thorough with the walk through inspections. Our client service officer was very helpful all throughout the build. Overall pretty good service.

After initially striking quite a few obstacles with our build the end product is sensational. All the staff at Hotondo were great to work with and would definitely recommend. The site management was great and we were always kept up to date with progress. The final cost was above estimate but that was due to unforeseen site circumstances. Would definitely use again

I loved the fact that Adam, being the owner/builder was involved in the process and he was honest and upfront with me from the word go. Just wanted to comment on an exceptional experience we had with Hotondo Homes Bathurst & Orange.
They constructed a huge extension to our home and were so helpful with the whole process. We were extremely happy with Greg, Gillian and the team as nothing was ever too much trouble. Greg was onsite all the time checking on the workmanship and we could not fault it. The team were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. If at any time, (which was hardly at all), there was a problem Greg was already onto it. The quoted cost and time frame was adhered to so we were more than satisfied. We would thoroughly recommend Greg and Gillian from Hotondo to do any future builds due to their professional and courteous manner.

Build managed well. Even with a couple of delays Adam always communicated in a timely fashion. Finished work very professional. Stayed within the estimated cost. Very happy with the result.
