Fortunately I have not had to claim on my current policy. I have been with Insure n go before with no problems. I had to ring your company today re a possible clinic to see if I was covered. The on hold took forever and they asked for a call back. Left my policy number and phone number but nobody got back to me. I hope this does not happen if I m in a foreign hospital waiting on a claim.

This product was best coverage for the price, It covers everything we need while travelling.
It was very easy to select and purchase the policy. We havent claimed yet and hope that we dont have to.

The cost of the policy appeared to be good value for benefits offered. On submitting a claim for flights lost due to severe illness while overseas it took more than seven weeks and much stress to receive a payout which was a fraction of our loss. Our paperwork was not returned although we were assured it would be. Use a more reliable company!

Had a 15% discount and was about to book the Silver cover but after reading the PDS I decided not to proceed. There are way too many exclusions. Read the PDS people and you will see so many situations where you are not covered. Don't bother, even if it looks like a cheap solution.

The policy I purchased (Silver, no excess) turned out to be a great option for me. My flight back to Australia was cancelled last minute due to weather. I contacted Insureandgo, letting them know the situation, and was able to recover the cost of my flights without any problem within the timeframe they told me. Always insure with Insure and Go when travelling. Most cost effective and have used it on some eight previous occasions when travelling abroad. Policies are easy to understand and set out the requirements in simple language.

Was good value given my medical history and so i had comfort of being covered while on holidays . No claim required however i really needed doctor and hospital cover during my time away form Aust

I declared two pre-existing conditions and the premium did not go up one cent. Meanwhile I've had no end of trouble getting insurance from another provider for income protection. Definitely recommend.

InsureandGo is very easy to apply for and very reasonably priced. I always get some kind of a discount :)
I am glad I have never had to use it, but it certainly provides comfort!
