My slightly modified Melba 3 is just over 3 months old now and I love it, colours I selected for everything came out just perfectly and if I was to build again tomorrow I wouldn’t change a thing.

I very happy with the results from the build. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The build quality is very good. Every thing works and is as it should be. There were some additional site costs but they were fair. I was particularly impressed with the site manager, [name removed], who did a terrific job and was very helpful. Overall a positive experience.

Recently built with JG king in Traralgon. The build was managed well and organised. Happy with the outcome and quality of the property. The company addressed issues that was raised. The costs were affordable and reasonable. Regular updates were given on the progress of the build and inspections were always welcome throughout the process. Overall happy with the build of the house and the build was completed in a timely manner.

I built this house as and investment property and the end result was good. For the low price it was what I expected and the supervisor was responsive and willing to fix any issues I raised.

My only concern was the timeframe. We allowed 8 months for the build and it came close to going over.

Recently had a new home constructed by JG King in the traralgon area. I was extremely happy with both the quality and end product that was delivered by JG King. The support and communication with the supervisor handling our build was excellent throughout the building processes and therefore resulted in the build finishing ahead of time.

We had a wonderful Site Supervisor [name removed] throughout the build he was very helpful and always kept to a tight schedule . He went over eveything to make sure our home was perfect when we got it. Was only a couple things that needed to be fixed before handover and was fixed within a timely matter. We built roughly a 27 square home in the time frame of less than 3 months and handover a couple weeks after. The final cost was exactly what it was when we started the build to the end .

Very happy with the attention to detail that has gone into our new home. The finishing touches on our first JG king home werent great, and after addressing that to our site supervisor he took it all on board. Communication was great throughout the build and we were encouraged to ask questions whenever. Loving our new home!

After trawling through way too many display homes we landed with JG King based on a plan we loved, affordable build price and a helpful, honest sales guy at the Waterford Rise display village.
The admin team have been wonderful throughout the process with prompt replies to any questions.
The construction period has been seamless and easy despite having to make a few changes along the way.
We've got along well with our site supervisor and although he could have been a little harder on slack trades, the end result is beautiful and we are delighted that we'll be moving in this weekend!

I’m still in the build stage, but so far I’ve been very happy. From the salesman and the office staff through to the building supervisor. The salesman from my initial appointment has been fantastic. He’s kept in touch and has shown genuine interest in how things are progressing. Very exciting times ahead and I’m glad I chose JG King.

Initial planning was completed in Wodonga with very helpful staff (unfortunately no longer employed by jg king) then handed over to Traralgon for construction. Communication was difficult to begin with but with a change of site supervisor everything improved greatly and the build was completed 1 month early. Communication with the site supervisor is the key to a successful build and minimum stress. [name removed] answered every message we sent and made regular contact with us both by phone and on site. We have now moved into our new home and look forward to enjoying the comfortable home we chose from the wide range of affordable options JG King offer.

Workmanship and build quality was absolutely fantastic. Build was very well managed. Customer support and service was magnificent! Really happy with how the overall build went. Would definitely recommend to others! Love living in my dream home!
