Today we have a problem with our Hot water unit. It was leaking, from the bottom.
We called Jim’s plumbing and they came straight away, within the hour. To have a look at our hot water unit, diagnose the problem.
They suggested us 2 options. A long time solution, or a quick instead fix instead.
We decided to go with the long time solution.
They replaced our storage hot water unit on the spot, within the first 2 hours.
Great price, and very professional service, Also very neat and tidy at the job and with the end product, done by Laurence.

Adam & Lee did excellent work today very prompt and I’m gonna Saturday only about two hours after we actually raining and very friendly. Very tidy after wards knowledgeable on products and explaining the use of our new hot water system.

James was informative and efficient in resolving a drain blockage and also installing a new tap. He went above to alert me to other issues i may have in future. Thank you so much.

The boys were extremely helpful, and when we asked about changing to ducted air there was no problem at all. we needed a large system for our house, which was expensive. the finance arrangements were very acceptable and handled very tactfully. the installation was done promptly and efficiently.
