We are so pleased we made the effort to drive down from Newcastle to visit the showroom rather than buying online. Caterina made us most welcome and with her advice ensured we were able to select the right lounge in the colour that suited our home. Our only negative experience was that the charge to deliver to our home north of Newcastle was over the top. We drove down and picked our lounge from the warehouse in Sydney and assembly was a piece of cake. Top marks to Caterina and to the Northmead showroom.

We are adding to our suite of King products. Sharon went over and beyond to advise us on best fabric choice for our new armchairs and cushions so we could achieve a coordinated look with our existing King sofas. She has a great eye and the whole look is beautiful. The service provided was excellent and we are looking forward to receiving our new chairs.

The service of Sucheta Hedge was excellent. She was informative, knowledgeable and provided us with answers to all questions asked of the products. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I walked into the store after visiting numerous other furniture department stores and instantly felt relieved that I’d finally found what I’d been looking for.
The presentation of the showroom was outstanding and the staff were of the highest quality.
They spent a lot of time making sure I purchased correctly and weren’t pushy for a quick sale. They made suggestions and explained their products informatively.

Quality is great, so comfortable. From the moment of selecting the fabric and style everything was explained. It made my choice easy. There was no need to assemble it. It was expensive but i hope it will be a timeless comfortable lounge that will last.

My husband and I visited the Northmead store to purchase a Neo Modular for our forever home. Immediately upon entering the store we were approached by smiling faces offering help. We’d previously spoken with Sucheta, so she took care of us.

The store has ample space with lots of furniture display. We had the chance to try almost every furniture in the shop. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Afrouz Sarlak was our sale person. She is extremely knowledgeable about king's furniture and has been very supportive during the process of buying furniture to 4 rooms in our new home. We have been to the shop about 4 times trying to design and match all the 4 rooms. She has been so patient untill we got whst we are really happy with. Excellent experience.
