I walked in thinking I knew what I wanted. I've bought King Living furniture for over 12 years, which has kept me going through 3 houses. I've recommended King to my family. So when I needed a couch for a property in Qld, I knew where to go. But I was conflicted with what I needed. Denver, the sales assistant, was the best - great advice! Sensible, practical, appropriate and real. He listened to what I needed. His advice and guidance was great.

I have not seen worse customer experience anywhere. i bought King size Bed along with all extra features such as shelves, side lights. its been 6 months and i am still waiting for few parts to be delivered. one of the worst place to buy furniture. please dont go to this store ever. its just a trap.

Lovely and spacious store. Easy to find what we were looking for. Sales consultant Caitlin Rundle was friendly and more importantly demonstrated sound product knowledge. She was particularly helpful in assisting with colour and fabric selection which was very much appreciated. Thank you Caitlin. Looking very forward to my delivery.

Purchased Felix couch in 2017 and received March 2018 - 4 months later, insert broken. Replaced insert and since inserts and springs have broken another 2 times. Fabric on couch has also stretched and completely out of shape.
King have offered to replace the couch however, have sent an email saying they are concerned with

Read more parts of the couch (not allowed to sit anywhere but back deep on couch) it will continue to break is ridiculous. I was not advised when purchasing the $10,000 couch that I would have to either not or how many people sit on couch at a time and motion where I allow people to sit because if I was given this information I would have most definitely decided not to purchase the couch. I spent over $40,000 at kings and I am bitterly disappointed. 2 of my family members have also spent large amounts of money with them and are appalled at the quality of my couch and dealings with them. I am taking the matter to VCAT to request a refund because I strongly feel they misrepresented their product and the quality is u acceptable. Z had a lovely approach when assisting us to choose the right sofa for our family home. We consider this purchase to be a big deal and we were treated with professionalism and patience when choose the configuration and fabric colour. Z made sure all of the information she passed onto us was correct and she was also very lovely when I had to quickly change our order after I got home and realised the original size wouldn't fit! We purchased the Delta softa in 2011 (8 years ago). It's still going strong even after all this time. I contacted customer service (with no proof of purchase or receipt) and they were able to find me in 20 seconds. I queried the structure of one of the cushions that had bowed and they sent out a technician for free (it was still under warranty). Turns out it was just the foam that had moved and he showed me how to realign. We do need new feet but after 8 years, we can't complain - fantastic customer service and very friendly

I purchased a Jasper II sofa at Kingliving. The sales told me I need to wait for the sofa for around three months. After three months, they told me I need to wait for 1-2 weeks more. And they still cant confirm the delivery date. Their initial sales service was good but everything else after that has fallen short. The staffs are impolite and unhelpful on the phone. They only put efford into online advertisement but don't expect any after-sales service! I feel so disappointed with this poor and irresponsible customer service!

Purchased an Aspen Dining table from their floorstock clearance along with many other items. Had a terrible experience with their delivery process. Anything they could damage they did. The table came to us damaged from the delivery and soon afterwards faded dramatically. The store accused us of the damage and fading - said we used chemicals on it (not true). It was infuriating to see the price we paid for floorstock was the price they sell it in their regular sales. What a greedy company! Go to Ikea - much better customer service.

We purchased all of our items from King Living in Southbank. Penny and Elliot were our sales consultants and they were both incredible!
We have 2 Reo lounges, a king size bed, a single lounge chair, a tv unit and a light from King Living.
All of the items purchased were on sale and are the best quality.
We had a slight imperfection with our couch and King Living organised a whole new leather sleeve for our couch without any hesitation!
Absolutely recommend King Living Southbank! - They are the best in the business.

She help me from the beginning(choosing fabric) until the end(delivery)
last couple of days delivery guy told me that the delivery will be delayed due to not pickup the phone call the second time.(i was not in Australia)
Send email to Caitlin and explain what happened. she sort out the issue and back to the original date.

Went to the store with an idea of what I wanted and was greeted by Jane who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was after. I was most impressed that Jane had remembered me upon my 2nd visit to the store which gave me the sense of a personalised service. All in all, great service, great layout and beautiful furniture!
