Great service
We have always found it difficult to purchase furniture as we find it hard to decide on what we want. At times we find ourselves visiting the showroom on numerous occasions. Since our first purchase we met the showroom manager Rita and she has been exceptional in her service.
We have always had accurate description in product and advice from Rita to give us constructive ideas. Which is why we keep going back to see her and recently making our 4th purchase of furniture from her over a 4 year period.
The products we have purchased have been great and when there are problems the service team have been most helpful

Poor customer service address and sale price honored
After a very upsetting experience with the Store Manager at Nunawading, I wrote a not so positive review on Product review. After a further unsatisfactory phone call with her, I was contacted by Josh and Kerri, regional leaders at King Living. I received an apology for my experience and they honoured the advertised price and prior discussions I had with another consultant. I have since purchased the sofa and look forward to it's delivery.

Great service, amazing furniture pieces
King Living online made it easy to find our preferred furniture pieces, including material, so we could go in store and quickly decide. Dimitri (in store) was very attentive, knowledgeable, followed up additional queries and communicated quickly. Our purchase was sorted - now we can't wait to see what they look like in our home!

I'm so pleased with the products and services, that I have been a return customer to the King Living Nunawading store 3 times to purchase our furniture. Nina and Rita have been particularly helpful throughout our visits and were very patient with our enquiries. Thank you ladies!

Excellent customer service
We were so happy with Dimitri’s help in the store, he was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. He was able to provide us with quality questioner service with his knowledge and kindness and would highly recommend people shop at the Richmond store for that very reason.

Stunning Service from Iain Gilbert
I received the most AMAZING service from Iain Gilbert. He spent nearly two hours patiently answering all my questions, showing me a wide range of suitable options, providing possible alternatives, going through a huge number of sample colours and advising the best colours for our apartment. Iain was incredible. His product knowledge was fabulous, his patience was endless, his advice was brilliant and his desire to go above and beyond was obvious. He also gave me myriad samples to take away in order to help me choose the right colour. Iain was fantastic and deserves to be paid DOUBLE!!

Jaxson was such a great consultant
Jaxson gave us a great buying experience. He was great at pairing colours and guiding us with our big purchase. King living furniture products are modern and high quality. Will be back for more products when we have our initial main pieces delivered and placed in the house.

Great products and service...... yet again!
We bought our first King Living lounge suite in 2003, and our second in 2013. We have always received great after-purchase care, with staff going beyond what I expected to help us.
Yet again we purchased more furniture from King this month, and yet again were treated very patiently and respectfully. Connie and Dimitri were excellent at helping us design our modular suite, and indoor dining and outdoor dining settings. Thank you both very much. (And everything being on sale was an extra bonus!)

Customer service - surpassed expectations
I had an idea what I wanted to purchase and it came to complete fruition with the invaluable help of Paulette. Not only with the selection, but the easy and Grace Paulette showed us our options. Our whole experience was pleasant from beginning to end and Paulette helped make a hard choice easy.
We left the store, we both felt thrilled and confident we had purchased exactly what we wanted!

Shocking quality and disgraceful service
Purchased Felix couch in 2017 and received March 2018 - 4 months later, insert broken. Replaced insert and since inserts and springs have broken another 2 times. Fabric on couch has also stretched and completely out of shape.
King have offered to replace the couch however, have sent an email saying they are concerned with
1-number of people sitting on couch
2-position of where we sit on the couch
I’m a single mum with 2 very small children (one a baby) so usually on few people sitting on the couch and to expect that unless we sit on certain...Read more
parts of the couch (not allowed to sit anywhere but back deep on couch) it will continue to break is ridiculous. I was not advised when purchasing the $10,000 couch that I would have to either not or how many people sit on couch at a time and motion where I allow people to sit because if I was given this information I would have most definitely decided not to purchase the couch. I spent over $40,000 at kings and I am bitterly disappointed. 2 of my family members have also spent large amounts of money with them and are appalled at the quality of my couch and dealings with them. I am taking the matter to VCAT to request a refund because I strongly feel they misrepresented their product and the quality is u acceptable. I also purchased a bed which has started to chip all around the base-initially I wasn’t going to follow up because you only see it once lifted however, now I will also take this further.1 comment

Splurged and bought a Leather Jasper. 2 years later leather is discoloured - worst customer service - AVOID
We bought a leather Jasper approx 2 years ago and really considered it an upmarket purchase. Fast forward to now - the leather has discoloured all over and customer service is saying 1. We have to pay a call out fee to have them assess it and 2. The warranty has ended so we are on the hook for it.
This is so abhorrent.
My previous sofa which was bought from a no name furniture story for 1/10th of the price never discoloured in over 24 years. I would expect more from A King Sofa and also their customer service.
