The journey from browsing online, to the store visit, meetng exceptionally friendly staff, to ordering the chosen sofa to be delivered was already impressive.
Then the sms that kept me updated of the delivery was really personalised. The delivery and getting the sofa assembled by really efficient men even made the experience exceptional.

Purchased several items in-store at Castle Hill, great customer service and thorough. The delivery process was quick and no extended delays, apart from a hairline crack in an item that was replaced within the week, it did take a while initially organize the replacement via customer service but I imagine they have a heavy workload. The delivery guys are friendly, professional & were fast in assembling which made the process easy

I went instore at Castle Hill and Lara was so helpful, she showed me a range of tables which I loved! I ended up getting the Murano console. It was SO easy to put together and looks stunning.

Again Lounge lovers are hard to beat, every time i go in there. hard to beat on so many fronts that the others always seem to fall down on. keen interested staff, flexible prices, well designed & quality feeling stock and designs, most products are in stock (hello Freedom!!) and well priced delivery options. Not your average furniture shop.

Purchased a new dining set from LL Castle Hill recently. From prepurchase to delivery, the overall experience was amazing. I am usually least fond of the delivery process but it was wonderful to have been kept up to date right down to just before the delivery takes place.

I purchased the Bronte 4 seat sofa over the phone. The sales team were great to deal with. The drivers were very polite and helpful even though it was difficult access. The lounge is absolutely gorgeous, I love it. Couldn’t be happier.

We purchased in store after great advice and being shown various options. The deal was also sweetened with a discount that was good for several days- we purchased on the spot and the furniture looks great!

I found Lounge Lovers very easy to deal with, from the service in store (helping me with the design and colour), delivery information provided with updates on delivery time frame (I liked the GPS link to the truck) and polite service of the delivery men. We have been extremely happy.

This store has moved locations in the centre, the new store is open and there is a great range of lounges, rugs and artwork. The staff are amazing and very helpful. I bought a sofa Bed last week, it was in stock (not many furniture stores have items in stock). I choose to pick it up from the warehouse and in 5 minutes - I was out of there with the sofa Bed. Warehouse was very quick in loading my Ute and great service again . Would recommend going to this store if you are looking for your furniture.
