There is a wide range of in-style furniture selection of good quality and which are surprisingly easy to assemble. Add to this a warm and friendly staff from showroom to delivery.

I was very pleased with my purchase. I googled comparisons before shopping in store. The staff were friendly and very helpful giving options, colour choices and availabilities. Delivery was smooth. No hiccups and very punctual.

The store is centrally located with a good range of products. The product I bought is of good quality. I was offered the option of getting it assembled at a very good price. The boys were professional, polite and knew what they were doing. They arrived on time and were very quick.

We are looking for sofa bed and the person who assisted us showed us all the options even though their about to close. We are happy with what we finally got.

Had just the right TV unit I wanted, at the right price. Delivered promptly and easily, and was well packaged. Only had to put the legs on with the Allen key provided. I will buy from Lounge Lovers again.

Excellent customer service, prompt and honest with delivery time and great communication. Looks gorgeous! Love the firmness, colour and texture . Beautiful! ! Ok, so you will need cushions for your back unless you are extremely tall, because it is fairly deep - but still good to get out of - and its pretty rare to see a sofa without any throw cushions anyway so ... very pleased with purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you. Oh yes - just one thing - long delivery time so be prepared for that. Worth the wait though. Thank you.

The store was excellent, the price for the couch we wanted was good. Only a short wait for the couch to be delivered and the delivery boys were great. Assembly one couch was easy.

The store was trivially easy to navigate - nothing at all like a certain Swedish vendor - therefore it was a pleasure to view the items on display.

Everything was, as I'd expect, well presented and the staff helpful and informative without being intrusive.

Delivery (and time of delivery) was negotiated when the order was ready, and delivery details subsequently confirmed and verified - right up to the point of signing for the delivery. If only other vendors (in all sorts of endeavours) could learn this! If Lounge Lovers can do this with their cheaper articles I'm certain that it must be at least as good for all their inventory.

I was kept up to date with when the product was delivered and was given 45 minutes notice when the guys were on their way. When they arrived they were friendly, fast and cautious with the property by making sure they didn't dance the walls. Outstanding job
