Crisis ! Our Ilve oven broke down a week before Christmas. Master Appliances pulled out all the stops, found the right part, and had it working again on Dec 23. They were helpful, friendly, and hugely efficient. We've very grateful.

Excellent service from Arpan. Turned up when expected, provided clear advice about oven issues and cost estimate reasonable even thought my appliance did not displayed model number to reference and I had no idea where its reference manuals now are. Arpan was able to correctly source parts required. Completed job quickly and left area in order. Would definitely choose this service provider again.

Apran was punctual showing up during the designated time slot; he is a polite and knowledgeable technician. He came out to service our LG dryer, and was able to quickly isolate the problem and came back 3 days later with the necessary part to solve the malfunction. Highly recommend and would use Apran's services again.

Very impressed. The engineer arrived bang on time and was clearly determined to do the job quickly. He sorted the problem in less than 10 minutes and along the way gave me some tips on how to better use my machine. Couldn't fault the entire service - highly recommended.

Peter, who came to investigate the problem with our Miele washing machine advised us when he was half an hour away. Got to investigate the machine promptly - and there was no real mechanical problem! Our daughter had accidently knocked the hot water tap to drip - hence causing the water under the machine.

This company has made some major big improvements since the previous manager Gary Franklin, was put into the asylyum. Lock him up and never let him out. One giant leap forward.
