Recently changed over to Mate. Had to change ports and modem setup which was done while i had the tech on the phone. Since connection i have been unable to download/upload..... is this part of the Mate service or is it possible that the modem is setup wrong?

HI, I had touched Mate to install NBN for many days, however my house is located in new development area and staff request me to sign up. I am currently interested in utilising Mates NBN services for my premises. We are NBN ready, have our own Modem and are on a contract with another ISP (Telstra) this will cease in May.

Asked twice now on how to activate message bank voicemail,still no answer so please WHAT are you supposed to do to get it up and running I tried 3 times and of course without the password I cant enter so cant get in ???!!! so WHAT is the password ??? and how do I now get it unlocked ? and why do I have to keep asking for help with something that should be childs play ??? it says enter the voip number then my number then the password ??? What password? did someone forget to mention that ? how can we know it if you dont tell us it ???

I think they are now over subscribing customers ("cheap and unlimited data"), while *NOT* keeping up with their infrastructure and internal training in customer services. Best to stay away from it.

We can confirm that our pricing has now changed for our 50/20 plans to $69.00 per month (excluding Fixed Wireless services). This was previously $89.00.

No difference. You would achieve only around 12 down and 2 up at best, anyway, regardless of what plan you choose and how much you pay. VOIP is slow and of poor sound quality - unusable for overseas calls.

We have customers using various BYO devices with our VoIP services, unfortunately each device is different and the settings may not always be the same on one device compared to another.
For the majority of devices, the VoIP settings we supply are sufficient to configure the service.
