The Service and Warranty process has run smoothly. At all times communication has been timely and all issues reported were addressed.

A special mention to Ray from the maintenance team who has been fantastic. Ray is friendly and approachable and was always efficient and thorough with the repair work. He even provided some great advice for my DIY projects!

The service and warranty process has only added to our positive experience building with MJH.

We have recently signed the contract and completed external/internal selections. The process has been relatively straightforward and well organized and the consultants (Cassandra, Kate, Bronwyn, Brittany) are all very helpful. I find the contract one sided and poorly written but I think that is pretty standard for the industry. If the build process is as smooth as the preliminaries we will be well satisfied.

We are very excited to be building our dream home with McDonald Jones! We were so impressed with our interior designer (Rachelle) at our external colour selection appointment. The morning flew past and we finished ahead of time, and are delighted with the outcome (can't wait to see the end result!). The appointment was well managed, professional, with prompt responses to changes made on the day. Looking forward to our next step of this exciting journey.

I was excited to choose our internal and external colours but also felt a bit overwhelmed as it is such a big step. From the moment we started I felt comfortable and found it quite easy with a bit of guidance from Bronwyn. I am so happy with my choices and Bronwyn was so helpful and understood exactly what I wanted.

We started our home building journey with McDonald Jones. Our Project Coordinator was Benji who was very helpful throughout the planning phase. When ever we asked clarifications on contract clauses and other matters he provided clear explanations. Also coordinated well with other technical teams on behalf of us & tried to accommodate our requests at his best. Thank you very much, Benji making things easy for us.

We Like to thank Kassandra at the sales office who helped to find a suitable plan that fits our land and the my choice team who helped us with their expertise during internal & external selections
We are happy about the pre- construction process except for minor drawing issues we had.
Looking forward to build to start soon.

we were very happy with tracey! she knows what is she doing. excellent pricing for the quality.me and monica we were 100% satisfied. we have our exterior colour selection second of may to select the colours and sign the contract.looking forward to start the construction and move in to our dream new house.

We continued our journey with Rachelle at the Internal Selections today. Once again Rachelle was very welcoming and warming. Her attention to detail was amazing, if we were unsure of anything she would make suggestions and outline the pros and cons of the choices. Nothing was problem, very accommodating. Her calm nature helped us through the day and we felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice lunch and a bottle of wine to end the day. So looking forward for the build to start. Thanks for everything! Lawrence and Michelle

Tayla Inosesio, Tracey Neilsen and Mary were very helpful and fantastic in assisting with our tender.
They are such a lovely people that I met in my life who are always welcoming, smiling and assisting with same energy all the time no matter how many questions were put towards them. I thank them name by name and much appreciate all the help thus far and wish the complete journey to be like this to the destiny - The new HAPPY home.

Went in for our external selections and we had no idea what colour pallet we were after. Aimee was so helpful with showing us what colours match an what didn't.
We then met with Harry who went through out CT and was extremely patient with us while we tried to understand all the jargon that came along with the contract as well as explained everything to us and made sure we understood everything before moving on to something else.
We've had such a great team so far throughout the whole process.
Kassandra has also helped us so much with getting the tender together for us. Really appreciate everything she has done for us thus far.
Cannot wait to move in!!!!

I have been introduced to Tracey Neilsen by my friend. At Willowdale we were dealing with Tracey and Mary.

Honestly I was very impressed with her quality of workmanship and integrity. Not to mention her willingness to meet us on various occasions to change or modify plans as per our requirement. She gave us few useful suggestions which helped us to achieve our dream plan.

Honestly I have approached two other builders on same street but the quick response from Tracey and Mary won our hearts. Now I have signed the tender with them but till date no response received from other builders.

They both are the best we meet in this industry and exceeded the level of customer service we were expecting.

My partner and I have been super happy with our couple of visits to the MyChoice studio.
We have been very thankful of the help we have received from Rachelle and the other staff at the studio. They were more then willing to go out of there way to help and we never felt pressured into anything. We are very appreciative and would highly recommend to anyone who considers building!

We are only at the signed CT stage but to get to this stage we have been really happy with both Linda (initial contact) and Vince ( ongoing contact) from Kellyville homeworld. They are both friendly and professional.
Vince replies to email queries quickly and has a great wealth of knowledge concerning our build.
Hoping the rest of the build is as professional.
