Have just completed a build with Metricon (Contract [Number Removed]). Very happy with the finished product. The build process was smooth and Metricon was happy to accommodate our independent inspector. I was lucky enough to have [name removed] as our site supervisor. Nothing was too much trouble for this man. Metricon is lucky to have him. He has even been assisting us post-build which says a lot about his character.

I would build with Metricon again.

From the moment the build was ready to start to completion I was lucky enough to have a site supervisor [name removed] that was in regular contact and who provided realistic and transparent updates based on a professional judgement without any mayo added. Just how he saw it. This was very much appreciated and exactly what I wanted in a site supervisor. The overall build process was smooth and completed quickly.

Our build from start to finish was nothing but amazing, trouble free and our SS [name removed] was great. he worked for us, trades were great and our initial visit at Studio M was informative and stress free. We have found the Geelong Office of Metricon to be professional and kept us up to speed on all stages. Our home is of great quality. We logged in total 7 jobs for warranty with 1 remaining outstanding to date. Our estimated and final cost was on par. Any issues that came up during the build was dealt with swiftly and without fuss.

We feel the build ran very smoothly completed in just over 4 months with no major issues or faults. Great communication with our builder keeping us up to date with the progress of the build.

This is our third home build with Metricon and we have always found them to be very professional. The quality of this build has been of a very high standard and completed in the time we were quoted. Our supervisor [name removed] was very professional and always contacted on a weekly basis. All our concerns were answered promptly. We could not be happier with the finished product and the service we received. [name removed] made the build as easy as possible. We can not recommend his service more highly. Very happy customer.

Our experience with Metricon was great. Pre build Customer Service was great!! They answered all our questions and any concerns were dealt with quickly.
Building Supervisor was fantastic !! He was patient, helpful, great listener and always followed through on everything we discussed. We now have a beautiful home with great workmanship. I highly recommend our Building Supervisor.

We have built two properties with Metricon and have just signed up for a third. Customer Service was excellent, our site manager was easy to work with, approachable and always contactable giving us regular updates. Process was really easy from start to finish. Finished house quality was excellent with both of our builds. We have built with other builders in the past and found the quality of build and customer service with Metricon was far better, would highly recommend them.

My experience in building with Metricon Homes was a pleasant all round experience . [name removed] my supervisor was extremely attentive to me with inspections at every phase of the build. Contact every week without fail.
The attention to detail by him was prove with my not reporting defects after 90 days.

Had a few issues with thieves breaking in and steeling out newly layed carpet among a few other things but wasn't Metricons fault. They have been great and very helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend

My partner and I have been going through the process of getting a house and land package with Home Solutions by Metricon. Our advisor, [name removed], has been fantastic throughout the whole process. He has explained everything thoroughly and has not pushed us to make any unnecessary upgrades.

So far very happy with the service we have received from Metricon- Homesolution, [name removed] our sales consultant from Geelong took us through the process to build our new home, he helped us find the perfect floorplan for our needs, helped us find a block of land, then assisted with securing it. Nothing we requested was too hard!

We had a few little issues with our alterations and floorplan changes, these were fixed up via email. Be sure to double check your contracts and final plans.

Our house has started to be constructed less than a week ago, we can't wait to see the end result.
