Very good and efficient service
The technician Arthur came to fix my lounge that had a broken leg. He called before arriving and arrived early which was great. Arthur was very polite, efficient with the work and professional.

Amazing service
I recently bought a lounge suite from Nick Scali Fyshwick store. When I went to pick up my suite from the store, Gun & Julie went over & above to assist in loading my lounge onto a Ute & trailer, it wasn’t easy & I couldn’t have managed without there help. It took a good 20 minutes & they persevered with me the whole time. Due to this high level of service I’ll be sure to shop with Nick Scali again.

no I did not assemble. The delivery guys did it. But they were in a rush. And did not take the care that requires when you spend so much money.

Excellent service from Frank Martelli
We bought an electric recliner lounge from Nick Scali about three years ago. Over a period of time the seats in the couch separated a bit leaving a noticeable gap between the seats. They provided excellent service, first by having a technician come and identify the problem, the today Frank came and replaced the frame inside the seat. He was prompt, rang before arrival and did an extremely good job of fixing my couch. I always say the measure of a company is how they respond to problems. In this case I couldn't ask for better service.

Frank provided quick service. Friendly and professional.
The staples had came loose from the footrest of our Chifley two seater lounge. Frank stapled these back quickly and professionally. Looks as new. Frank is friendly and efficient. Handsome too.

Bad quality
We bought the dining table 3 years ago, after a year, many cracks appeared and now they are really deep as per photos. Nice designs but quality is very similar to Fantastic furniture

Knowledgeable and able to offer solutions. We were given time to choose and clearly spelled out the conditions of placing an order. He wasn't pushy, infact Mark was very professional.

Questionable in store sales service
Lounge purchased, informed by sales person that battery could be recharged for recliner lounge as we didn't want a lead running across the floor. Lounge delivered and discovered that this wasn't the case. Disappointed as misleading information given.

A minor problem but dealt with effectively
We bought a leather sofa and chair, all reclining, from Nick Scali, were given an arrival date which was accurate and we were kept informed regularly and the furniture was delivered as stated. We love the look and comfort, the reclining mechanism works beautifully however after two weeks there were creases showing in the seat cushions. I contacted Nick Scali and a technician came out within two weeks and filled the seats with more foam. a new sofa should cause creases so soon so I suggest they talk to the manufacturer about the amount of stuffing. There is always a fine line between comfort and durability which can be difficult to manoeuvre, but two weeks in, there should not be creases. Leather cracks if creases remain so it is important to have them filled. Our technician, Leo, was very helpful, solved another minor problem with creaking that was caused by the furniture moving slightly on our wood floors and put pieces of rubber backed carpet under the legs which solved the problem. Gun is the best
I hope Gun from nick scali in the Canberra store gets some recognition for his brilliant service and product knowledge. My partner and I have been looking for weeks at every furniture shop in canberrra. Almost at a loss we decided to quickly pop into nick scali.
