I came into the store whicjh was very clean and easy to navigate around the furniture. I found my piece and the salesperson Angela was great answered all my questions
It was a great experience

We were greeted by Brittany within moments of entering the store. We were simply there to browse but she was very helpful in showing us products and then we found the perfect pieces for our new home. As the home is not yet completed Brittany assisted us with an avenue to be able to still purchase the products on sale and delay the order delivery which suited our needs perfectly. Very pleasant, helpful and a great asset to the store. Thank you Brittany.

Nick Scali furniture is the most stylish on the market. We purchased dining table, 8 dining chairs, buffet and leather lounge. The service we received from Brittany (Warrawong store NSW) was warm and genuine. We felt very comfortable with her sales approach - she was patient and helpful whilst we were making our furniture choice.

My wife & I were looking for a new dining setting for our new home. The range, price, quality and exceptional service from Jade was great. Our shopping experience was really enjoyable and the end result was a stunning piece of furniture for our home.

Arthur ( technician) clearly explained whst had ‘hone wrong’ with the headrest. It was our ignorance of its working which led to us calling him. As well he advised us on battery life maintenance and general cleaning tips.

Service call to repair sunken lounge seat.

Frank arrived on time. Waited no time in repairing my broken lounge. He is kind and courteous. Was able to repair my lounge onsite.... without delay of sending back to factory.

I really appreciated Frank’s enthusiasm and professionalism to his workmanship.

Paid for extra"7 year accidental warranty" as we have kids.Just outside 2 year"standard"warranty,leather was peeling &service came out tested.Result was nothing they can do as they said due to wear &tear.We paid around 5k for this to only last 2 & half years???Never Again Nick Scali!!

Prompt and courteous service, tried to set up lounges which was difficult as there was no set up manuals, so rang Nick Scali who promptly sent a service technician and properly set up the lounge
