My husband and I wandered in one day after a very negative experience at Freedom Furniture and we were greeted by the very welcoming Marcell. She helped us to identify exactly the type of table and chairs that would suit our furniture scheme. We purchased it that very day and we are absolutely thrilled with how beautiful it looks and blends seamlessly with the rest of our decor. Marcell gave us excellent service when we bought our new lounge. She knew her products and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She listened to what our needs were. We were so impressed that when we bought our new dining table we went back to her for our purchase. I also took my daughter to buy her new couch and occasional chair from Marcell as she was so helpful and took the time to show her everything that was within her budget and fitted her criteria for fabric and colour. It was a pleasure buying our furniture.

The store was easy to navigate and love the quality and we had a great range showed to us for what we anted and the price range. Marcel who served us was very helpful and knew her products and really helped us to make the right choice, she made it so easy and enjoyable, I will defiantly be back to that store for any future purchases.

Sam was the lady that helped with our recent purchase of our furniture. We found Sam to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even when I visited the store more than once before I ordered. We would be very happy to recommend Sam to our family and friends.

Marcel was very professional and helpful, in assisting me to choose all new furniture for my new apartment. I had three deliveries and the first delivery drivers and the third were exceptional. Not so much the second delivery. I am recovering from major surgery so the first and third delivery drivers broke up the packaging and put it in the bin for me. The second delivery drivers refused to help me. Thanks you to Tim and Seb for your help. It was really appreciated.

We were served by Sam, who took the time to introduce herself and listen to our needs and requirements for our home. She wasn't your typical 'pushy' sales person, and explained different options and showed us different styles and fabrics, in order for us to be 100 percent satisfied with our purchase. She made us feel at ease and treated us as valued customers. The ordering and purchasing steps were easy to follow and well explained by Sam. We would have no hesitation in recommending people to ask for Sam when the go to purchase from this store. Well done Nick Scali.

Store layout is easy to maneuver around and looks clean and well presented. Staff were very attentive and knowledgable. Marcell was easy to speak to and related well to our needs.

Have now put in a number of orders for sofas and seats and the experience has been great.

Marcell was great - she gave us relevant advice on colours and materials based on our family requirements. She has also kept us up to date on order delivery times and status.

The only strange thing with Nick Scali is delivery is not added onto the purchase - you have to pay the delivery driver (in cash) when they deliver.

As we were getting to the end of our renovations it was time to buy furniture. We wanted a feature piece for our living room. Marcell was great support in going through the design process of find the lounge that would fit perfectly in our home. It took a couple of visits to final bed our decision down. Marcell was patient and helpful, sharing her design knowledge with gentle support and guidance. Thank you Marcell.
