Shane at the Essendon store was a fabulous customer store representative who was incredibly patient, resourceful and respectful! He took me around the entire store and listened to what I was looking for before helping me decide everything down to the last detail.

The nick Scali store in Essendon was very clean with plenty of space to look. Jacqueline was very helpful and showed me a few different couches based on my preferences. Jacqueline was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made buying a couch a breeze.

Kim, gave us time and advice to choose our purchase wisely. The store is well presented and the goods we saw were all of good quality and well chosen. This features make it easy to pick an item without having to sift through unwanted items.

I have two lounges from them, both have required repairs its only been 12 months.
one of the lounges 2nd repair due to frame squeaking.

Drivers do not arrive within time frame (on 3 occasions for me i took work off or scheduled a late start) they were always later then the message. on one occasion they arrived at 6pm and i had a booking between 12 and 2

Very disappointed after getting home to find being charged twice for delivery.
1 delivery with two items charged a fee for each item.
One delivery point one drop, why two separate charges?

It was very easy to navigate the store, see different fabrics, how different pieces could and did work together, purely because we had a brilliant consultant, he knew the products, styles that I liked and also what would go with it, asked about our lounge wall colors including carpet.
It made the decision making easy and gave us more confidence in our choices.
Our consultant was Anthony at Essendon DFO, he was truly a delight to deal with, we left the store feeling confident about our choice and purchases. Can’t wait for them to arrive. N & D

Choosing a couch isn't the easiest decision to make, however Jacqueline made is comfortable and easy for us, my son and i went back to the store twice after shopping at other stores, our hearts was set on the archer. I thank her for the patience she had with me choosing the right fabric. lovely lady.

It was an easy ride to the Nickscalli Dfo Essendon store with ample parking spots.Anthony assisted us very well with the selection of lounge (Taro),Dining table, chairs and coffee table.I am pretty happy with the purchase which comes out to be $6700.The best part will be the delivery guys will deliver and assemble everything.The store is neat and clean with lots of options to choose from.Thanks Anthony for helping us out with selections for our new home.

we met Shane at the Essendon store and made a connection with him within the first 2 mins, he was attentive but not overly, allowed us to take our time and look at lounges. being very fussy we changed our minds 3 times which was no issue. Shane was great and calm and help us with our decisions.

The salesperson Shane was pleasant, listened to what we were after and offered various suitable solutions. We had no intention of buying a lounge, but made the purchase due to Shane offering us various alternatives and not been pushy. In fact I hate shopping, but would have to say this was one of my more pleasant experiences.

Anthony was amazing right from the get go . We felt comfortable with him instantly he spent hours with us. So happy to be leaving with a new couch. Thank you Anthony

From the moment I walked in I fall in love with the Davoli lounge on display, I was assisted by a wonderful woman named Jacqueline. She was exceptionally lovely and very helpful with working out which options would fit in my apartment, living in an apartment herself. She also offered perfect suggestion to compliment the lounge for which I came back a few days later and purchased the Judo Chair and I made sure I again dealt with Jacqueline.
Very happy with the service, wasn't pushy or over bearing like some sales people can come across. Highly recommend dealing with Jacqueline if your purchasing from Essendon.
