Poor customer service
Terrible, dishonest service!!
(Furniture appears good quality though)
Visited Nick Scali in Dec 2022 to buy a couch. The sales rep convinced me to purchase a TV unit and coffee table set along with the couch. When we discussed delivery, he said it will most likely be 2 separate deliveries. I asked how much- he said $85. I asked "if it's 2 separate deliveries, do i pay $85 twice?" Sales guy replied, "no, it'll be a one off fee." Besides the costs of the items i bought, $85 was the only other monetary figure quoted to me.

ked off during this discussion, later asked the sales guy again to clarify the delivery price, and we were both again told $85 one off. We signed many different documents and go home. 1 month later, i get the txt for delivery and quoted $215 total. I never recalled hearing $215 quoted to me by anyone in the store. I then look in the signed docs and realise the couch contract (which was stapled on top) is $85 delivery, though the other 2 items have additional delivery, totalling to $215. get back to me. If your manager doesn't have the balls to get back to me- then tell him to be a man and tell that to me truthfully instead of bloody lying that he'll "call me". To offer some clarity, our delivery charges are calculated on two platforms. Firstly, the cubic meterage each product will take up in our delivery trucks, and secondly the amount of assembly required for the items. This is to ensure a fair charge rate for our drivers as well as our customers. Each truck naturally has a limit to the cubic meters it is able to hold and as such bulky items reduce the carriers’ number of deliveries on any particular run. The time required to assemble furniture is also a cost to our drivers so this to must be considered when establishing a charge. Great rang of products and topnotch customer service
The sales representative, Oliver, was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He allowed me to explore the products on my own pace while checking in with me in a non distracting manner. He offered a few insights which helped me narrow down my choices while still giving me flexible options should I change my mind later. Happy to have pop by for a purchase!

Exceptional service!!
The guys at Nick Scali were so helpful and I bought the most beautiful couch. I went into their Richmond show room with crutches post surgery. When I was there it started bucketing down with rain. Carl served me and I explained I still wanted to look at one more couch at a different furniture store before I made my decision. Without hesitation he offered to drive me in his own car to the other furniture store and he picked me up again. He got soaking wet as well. In the end I did love the Nick Scali couch more and Carl’s caring nature also made the decision easier to make.
Thank you Carl it’s lovely to see there are still kind hearted people out there!

I walked in to buy black dinning chairs for my table, and raff made me realise in my space with my table that would look awful and I brought 8 x beige chairs from him which will look so much better. I was resisting allowing him to sell me and then he showed me. I was converted. His laugh makes your day. Ali is great!
We were very happy to have been met by Ali in the Richmond Nick Scali store this week. We were only interested in stock that was either in the showroom or in the warehouse. Ali was very knowledgeable about his products and assisted us in finding the perfect lounge. We did have a order in the system but due to the extensive lead-time, we decided to cancel part of the order - not happy about the cancellation costs. Ali was able to facilitate splitting the order, adding our new lounge and arranging delivery within 1 week. Very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Ali.

I bought a sofa for my new apartment.
The customer service was exceptional. Raff was awesome, he is an interior designer so he gave me great advice on what would best fit in my flat.

Lovely experience!
I was looking for a specific table and tv unit and wandered by myself but couldn’t find them. Carl greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. Massive fail Nick Scali
Initially service in store was great. We purchased several items and first part of delivery was good. Sadly all down hill from there with our new couch being ordered 1 September 2022 and was meant to be delivered well before Christmas . We have made multiple phone calls and only had multiple delays without explanation. Finally we are told delivery day 6 months after order and on the day of delivery after taking a day off work we are sent a text message in morning to say delivery won’t be until 8 or 9 pm !!! Unbelievable!!! So disappointed and annoyed. Definitely last time for us. Massive fail Nick Scali

Absolutely not happy.. I wish I could say we received our delivery at 9pm but no at 9.10 pm get a call to say something wrong with truck and delivery not coming

Personalised and exceptional service
Raff was a delight to work with, excellent customer service and humour. He spent lots of time helping us conceptualise the vision for the space in our new home and we are really happy with the products we have chosen. We have actually come into the showroom at least half a dozen times and at no stage were we pushed into a decision. Special thanks to Giancarlo who helped me decide on the dining table . A real pleasure working with you both, we can’t wait for the arrival of our pieces!
