As I walked into the Oz Design Store, I saw a comfortable couch that caught my eye immediately. It was an L shape lounge with a chase that looked very cosy, modern and appealed to me straight away. The price was reduced, so the decision was easy. I took the measurements with me, then immediately called the store, ordered it in and sorted out the delivery day on the phone. The salesperson was great, the delivery was done in time and the delivery guys put it together. Now the apartment looks absolutely amazing with the new couch which is the centrepiece and a relaxing hub to everyone.

Went on store to purchase a range of products. Met Vicktoria who is brilliant. She was patient, gave us a range of options and numerous quotes. Great shopping experience. When received a damaged good, Vicktoria replaced it with the floor stock until a new one can be delivered. Amazing service. So if you're at the Moore Park store, ask for Vicktoria

I loved the service and help I received from staff at Oz Design. I was going to spend a fortune on King Furniture but then decided to visit Oz Design. I found the most beautiful unique pieces or half the price. And Australian made. No question was too difficult the staff were amazing and the products arrived within a few days. Highly recommend their furniture!

My Lounge is exactly what I purchased and came on time no fuss. My lounge was delivered and when it came they had fully protected the lounge so it would not get damaged. My lounge came in two pieces and was easy to put together no fuss.

Coffee table was half price because it was a display item. It’s a beautiful, solid coffee table. The staff were very helpful. We carried it out of the store no assembly required - perfect.

Bought the Mother of Pearl round mirror from Oz Design, it just simply change the whole room. It's luxurious and just simply Beautiful! Dining table and chairs are also from oz design range. It was assembled by the courier as part of the delivery service (extra fee). We also bought the couch and the entertainment unit. All done in One Day!!!, stress free and We absolutely love it!!!. Easy to assemble and store staff were amazing. Let us borrow the trolley to load up our car. Quick turn around for stocked items and very flexible with pick-up or delivery options to work with our busy lives.

The staff in store where wonderful, I bought a unit off the plan and it was delayed the ladies were amazing and advised me just to let them know when I was ready for the delivery.

Perfect table at Oz Design. It wasn't easy to find a simple, clean table design, but Oz Design had a good rang. The store was easy to navigate and the helpful staff weren't too pushy. Table was easy to assemble.

Looking for 2 2-seater lounges to replace very old fashioned ones. Saw the lounges and knew at once they were perfect. Sales assistant knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was 4 weeks earlier than predicted although late arriving on the scheduled day. Very happy.

I came into the store twice and both times got excellent service from different staff. I then ordered the item and paid for it over the phone. They bent over backwards to arrange to have it delivered the next day for me so I could surprise my husband. They were awesome and I love my product! Thank you!

I recently bought my rug from oz design and I have to say the service in store was fantastic, the guy at the store found the size that suited my lounge room space and steered me in the right direction as to the material best for pets etc., it was a great price and was delivered to the store within days. Will definitely return again for more furniture etc.,

We were looking for a specific frame which we seen on istagram.
First. Shop closest to our place did not have but mentioned to come back week after because they were expecting deliver.
Week after we went there but with no success.
The staff check on other stores and suggested to go to DFO .
Same day we went there and had one but was damage.
They order a new one for us and delivered to Moore Park shopping centre.

We were very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff and their knowledge of their range of sofas. We were delighted to learn that their sofas are made in Australia. Ours was made to our specifications in a few weeks. The delivery went very smoothly, even though we are on the 5th floor of a new apartment block. We are delighted with our sofa, which was better quality and a cheaper price than all the other retailers we saw. We would recommend Ozdesign highly for sofas.

Love the products that Oz Design stock. The staff were so very helpful and friendly. I bought the mirror over the phone from Homebush store the staff made is so easy and had it sent to Moore Park for me to collect.
