Really helpful and welcoming staff; great array of products too. I felt that the product range was really on point and trendy, good quality and great value for money too.

I like the store and products I store. I had a lot of trouble with assembly and in the end so did the store with a 40% fail rate in having the product at take home quality. The stools were faulty, the staff did their best. I’m still waiting for two stools to come that aren’t faulty.

The store was clean and easy to browse. We found what we were looking for after a full loop. The staff were friendly and willing to help answer any questions that we had. They were accommodating with our requests too. We are really happy with our purchases.

Sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable about our options, and the item was delivered exactly as expected, and on time. Communication was consistent and easy, and the warehouse/delivery staff easy to deal with. We love our custom chair and ottoman! (So does the cat)

We were looking for a number of items and the store was able to offer excellent service + discount given we were buying so much. It made the whole experience lots of fun.

I bought an extension table which didn’t function as I expected it to. The store staff referred me to Customer Care. I was impressed that not only was my issue listened to totally but a number of ways to resolve the issue were explored. I felt as if my needs were the priority which was great. The issue was dealt with in a timely manner which was also impressive. I thought the whole thing would be a battle and it wasn’t so I’d like to pass on my thanks to the Liverpool staff and Michelle at Customer Care.

The layout at Moore Park is great, one big loop and you’re done - a good choice but not too much. I particularly like the scope of the range from city formal to coastal luxe. I fell in love with two lounges and they were delivered two days later - the sales people managed to arrange my stock to be added to the delivery truck on the spot. I was lucky but they were happy to make the phone call. I’m thrilled with both lounges. They’re both very well made and the fabric I can see will wear well. Well done Oz Design.

Easy to navigate but took awhile for the sales manager to locate the sample fabric color that's available in store, satisfied with the range of products, satisfied with the quality.

I was looking for an office chair to buy on the day. All other stores were a 6 week wait. Got a great chair from the floor at oz design - perfect for my needs

Thank you. Love the couch. Great quality. I had to take everything out of the huge boxes - which I did not expect. But all good. Delivered when you said. Delivery guys fab. The only thing is that I have to get rid of the cardboard and plastic. I think u should do this sustainably. Otherwise all fab.

Went into the Moore Park store as I was browsing for living room furniture spotted some items that I really liked but wanted to keep shopping in case I saw anything else. When I got home that night decided I really loved the items so purchased online. it was seamless and received a call the next day to arrange delivery. The only disappointing thing was when the items were delivered they were all in boxes and the delivery guys gave me a time on the easiest way the unpack and then left . I was alone so had to try and maneuver the items to get them out and then ended up with all the cardboard that I then had to get rid off somehow. I have never just been left furniture boxed like that before so that was disappointing.

We bought a beautiful custom colour sofa and it was as lovely as we hoped. Due to bad weather it came with a couple of stains but Oz furniture had it professionally cleaned at no cost ASAP and it came up fantastic. The overall service of this company was fantastic

We loved our new Ulti 3 seater sofa so much that we decided to purchase a 2 seater as well to match the other one about 6 months later. When it arrived the legs were different, but it was easily fixed by contacting customer service. They sent out new legs within a couple of days with no more questions asked. Now the 2 sofas match perfectly and we're happy. I will definitely check out Oz Design Furniture again if I need something else in the future.

Went to Moore Park store to buy a coffee table. The service was friendly and helpful with the delivery as well. I find the furnitures at OZ design are of good quality.
