Store staff were very helpful and offered me the Black Friday discount even though it was a week earlier. The notification of delivery timeline in advance was spot on. The delivery of a very solid bookcase (up 3 flights of stairs) was cheerfully done. We are very pleased with the final product - a quality, solid piece of furniture that looks unique and interesting. Bought the dining table set that was displayed at the front. Fell in love with the dining table. Store was set up well. I paid for premium delivery and assembly. The sales assistant said I would receive the table in 2 weeks but it ended up being much longer than that as the table had to be shipped in. I was hoping to have it before a family gathering but it did not arrive when I had expected it to. Victoria at Moore Park was very helpful in explaining the features of a sofa bed I was interested in purchasing. Everything went to plan from purchase to email confirmation & delivery.

Ping @ Moore Park store provided exceptional customer service when we were looking for the violet oak wood extendable dining table. We were about to buy a table from another store and she convinced up to get this table which was in our price range.

I ordered my table in June its now October and it still has not been delivered. I was originally told I would have it in July, then Aug, then Sept....its now October, disgrace.

I have purchased two different artworks from Oz Design. The second one I was looking at in store for a while and when I decided to buy it the piece was no longer in stock. The great staff helped me to order it, and ensured once it was in that I knew what time to pick it up. They also helped out with storing it until I could organise transport to pick it up as it was oversize for my car.

Store was easy to navigate and the staff was very nice and helpful. The cupboard we bought was solid wood and very pretty. The cupboard was even delivered assembled. Delivery was not great as the shelves inside were not stabilised and during delivery they moved from their places and ended up slightly damaging one of the plastic door catches.

The staff were most helpful, we visited a few times to make really sure that these were the chairs we wanted. They were difficult to assemble by 70+ male but worth it in the end. Very comfortable and very smart looking.

Easy to order, lots of help @ Moore Park and the just as easy to have delivered - on time and fantastic. The guys assembled, cleaned the boxes and took it all away with them - Perfect!

As I walked into the Oz Design Store, I saw a comfortable couch that caught my eye immediately. It was an L shape lounge with a chase that looked very cosy, modern and appealed to me straight away. The price was reduced, so the decision was easy. I took the measurements with me, then immediately called the store, ordered it in and sorted out the delivery day on the phone. The salesperson was great, the delivery was done in time and the delivery guys put it together. Now the apartment looks absolutely amazing with the new couch which is the centrepiece and a relaxing hub to everyone.

Went on store to purchase a range of products. Met Vicktoria who is brilliant. She was patient, gave us a range of options and numerous quotes. Great shopping experience. When received a damaged good, Vicktoria replaced it with the floor stock until a new one can be delivered. Amazing service. So if you're at the Moore Park store, ask for Vicktoria

I loved the service and help I received from staff at Oz Design. I was going to spend a fortune on King Furniture but then decided to visit Oz Design. I found the most beautiful unique pieces or half the price. And Australian made. No question was too difficult the staff were amazing and the products arrived within a few days. Highly recommend their furniture!

My Lounge is exactly what I purchased and came on time no fuss. My lounge was delivered and when it came they had fully protected the lounge so it would not get damaged. My lounge came in two pieces and was easy to put together no fuss.

Coffee table was half price because it was a display item. It’s a beautiful, solid coffee table. The staff were very helpful. We carried it out of the store no assembly required - perfect.

Bought the Mother of Pearl round mirror from Oz Design, it just simply change the whole room. It's luxurious and just simply Beautiful! Dining table and chairs are also from oz design range. It was assembled by the courier as part of the delivery service (extra fee). We also bought the couch and the entertainment unit. All done in One Day!!!, stress free and We absolutely love it!!!. Easy to assemble and store staff were amazing. Let us borrow the trolley to load up our car. Quick turn around for stocked items and very flexible with pick-up or delivery options to work with our busy lives.

The staff in store where wonderful, I bought a unit off the plan and it was delayed the ladies were amazing and advised me just to let them know when I was ready for the delivery.

Item was great. Staff member stayed back 10 mins on Friday night so my wife could come. Really appreciated the good service. Very happy with the item and customer service.
