We have a challenging item in our house to match. Wendy was a treasure, listened and was able to point us in the directions of a few options that made the most of what we had.

Great quality and excellent price due to sales item. Easy to check the store out and great customer service from Wendy to sort everything out. However, I picked up in store and the two staff in that day were robotic at best.

We purchased a leather chair from the Moore Park store. The saleswoman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The chair was what we wanted although putting it together was somewhat challenging

Bought 6 dining chairs well before Christmas (4-5 weeks) and had them delivered to Victorian store for pickup as relocating to Melbourne.
Only 4 of the 6 chairs arrived and one was slightly damaged.
Still waiting for the remaining 2 original order chairs to arrive, plus a 3rd to replace the damaged one.
How can 2 chairs not be delivered? There was also absolutely no paperwork with the 4 that did arrive, so no wonder things go missing. Very disappointing.

I purchased my new lounge at the Moore Park store on 2nd November. The salesperson was great, even helping me pick the colour and fabric that would best suit my place. However, after two attempts to deliver it, I'm still without a lounge. The first attempt the warehouse failed to book the guy would remove the arms (so it would fit in the lift), and the second time the warehouse gave the delivery guys the wrong lounge. Hopefully it's third time lucky.

Service was professional, yet personable. Staff was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions immediately. There was no high pressure sales tactics either. Delivery was on point and on time.

Store staff were very helpful and offered me the Black Friday discount even though it was a week earlier. The notification of delivery timeline in advance was spot on. The delivery of a very solid bookcase (up 3 flights of stairs) was cheerfully done. We are very pleased with the final product - a quality, solid piece of furniture that looks unique and interesting. Victoria at Moore Park was very helpful in explaining the features of a sofa bed I was interested in purchasing. Everything went to plan from purchase to email confirmation & delivery.

I ordered my table in June its now October and it still has not been delivered. I was originally told I would have it in July, then Aug, then Sept....its now October, disgrace.

I have purchased two different artworks from Oz Design. The second one I was looking at in store for a while and when I decided to buy it the piece was no longer in stock. The great staff helped me to order it, and ensured once it was in that I knew what time to pick it up. They also helped out with storing it until I could organise transport to pick it up as it was oversize for my car.

Store was easy to navigate and the staff was very nice and helpful. The cupboard we bought was solid wood and very pretty. The cupboard was even delivered assembled. Delivery was not great as the shelves inside were not stabilised and during delivery they moved from their places and ended up slightly damaging one of the plastic door catches.

The staff were most helpful, we visited a few times to make really sure that these were the chairs we wanted. They were difficult to assemble by 70+ male but worth it in the end. Very comfortable and very smart looking.

I had seen the mirror in store then did a phone purchase with pick up the following week. All very easy and no problems. Staff helpful in store and on the phone

Easy to order, lots of help @ Moore Park and the just as easy to have delivered - on time and fantastic. The guys assembled, cleaned the boxes and took it all away with them - Perfect!
