Very disappointed at what we received compared to example on showroom floor. The quality and finish, especially the paint work, was very inadequate. Shoddy work resulting in paint work that resembled a finish that looked more like the undercoat with no top coat. All the more disappointing considering the cost of the item.
We will not be returning, nor referring.

The store was well laid out, inviting and the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. Our order arrived on time and was delivered when specified. We will definitely shop here again.

The store layout was good and we found a chair easily. The staff helped with colour selection and advised paying a small amount extra to have the chair assembled at home - excellent suggestion.

Was looking for new lounge or chair. I am hard to please and it took me a while to find something comfortable, but I did. It was assembled for for which I am very grateful. I may be back for another maybe 2/seater lounge.

Was purchasing a large piece of artwork which took nearly an hour to get through the sales process. First was asked to wait nearly 15mins while other customers sales were put through despite waiting at service desk the whole time, then was told the computer was playing up. Eventually when it came tie to pay, I presented a gift voucher which I was then accosted first not presenting it earlier as a different processed now had to be followed to complete the transaction ... all in all quite a negative experience in store (not the first time) but beautiful artwork

Store was easy to navigate with helpful staff. Sofa is so comfortable and with some added cushions looks perfect. Had to assemble legs which were easy. Wish delivery had unpackaged items and removed packaging.

Staff were very helpful with my purchase, particularly in replacing chairs which had broken stitching. The chairs were all made up and ready for me to collect in good time. Very happy with my purchase.

The original lady who sold me the chairs was lovely and went out of her way to ensure I could take them immediately... however when I was not satisfied with my original items as they were faulty with loose parts on the chair. The store manager made it seem like some “huge favour” that she was exchanging them for me.. I played along and I did get a different product but it was made clear I was not able to obtain a refund. I have bought from other stores who exchange for faulty products apologetically or even change of mind on products with no questions asked. I will return to those stores for future purchases when possible for those reasons as I’m unsure of the quality and the ability to obtain a refund when required from this store.

They were well-packaged and I was very grateful for the professional assembly and delivery service provided by Royale Furniture Removals.

Quality furniture however quite expensive. Staff kept me advised about progress of my order. Delivery was prompt and professional. Would recommend Oz Design to anyone looking for high quality furniture.
