I can’t describe how happy I am with the service and products at oz design! The bed I got is absolutely stunning and the delivery was quick and easy! Will definitely look at buying through oz design in the future!

I rang ahead to check on floor stock and was greeted with a friendly, professional attendant. This high level of service continued when I arrived in the store and throughout the process. The staff were all very knowledgeable about their products and gave friendly, personal advice. The furniture was delivered on time (to the minute!) and was even better quality than expected.

We found the store a pleasant experience and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on some unique designed chairs along with a couch and were very pleased with the final product. We would certainly recommend OZ Design.

Store was well laid out and not cluttered as some stores can be . Store staff were very helpful in helping us select items. ( eg brought lots of different chairs to try with the dining table we had selected ) we found furniture we liked fairly quickly and were pleasantly surprised that all of the items were in stock . A big difference from other stores we had looked at . Delivery team were also very good . Call to advise timing, friendliness of delivery team and them assembled everything and took away packaging as had been arranged at time of purchase . We are very happy with the items be bought at oz design .

Store was easy to navigate with wide range of products. Very satisfied with my purchases to date. I first came in to buy a table for our entryway. It was on clearance and was priced well for the quality. It was easy to assemble. Went back to buy decor to style the table. Got everything i needed.

We went into the Narre Warren by chance and the quality of products was of better quality than we’d previously seen. The couches are very well made and are very comfortable. They are made locally. The only problem is my perception of colour. I didn’t want a grey couch but ended up with one due to the fabric I chose. I can live with that as they match nearly everything but I probably should have taken some fabric swatches home with me as lighting differs everywhere -which I knew but didn’t think about.
The staff were very knowledgeable and not pushy but we’re there when you needed them. Delivery was as estimated in 6 weeks and the delivery boys delivered within the timeframe quoted.

Saw the item online, viewed in store and purchased. It was exactly what I was looking for to house my book collection. Great design, quality timber, well made, delivered and installed promptly.

Phone order after viewing in another store(Mornington) which was less helpful more expensive for item and transport. Narre Warren was terrific. Quality of product delivered perfect. Courier on time and friendly.

The shop is always well stocked and have new stock frequently displayed. The staff are very helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with when I am undecided they point out the positive benefits of the product I am considering purchasing.

We had a very enjoyable experience at Oz design Narre Warren. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. The range and quality of products in store was excellent. And I’m very happy with the items we bought.
The only downfall was having to assemble the items myself (it was easy but we received them the day after moving so it used up time I didn’t have) and the delivery driver didn’t unpack the items or take away the boxes (this was something offered by another furniture store that we received something from). Apart from that, I’d definitely shop at Oz design again.

Found the chairs we wanted easily instore, but getting them was another matter entirely.
It took 4 months, many phone calls and much stress before they were finally available for collection.

Kept on returning as we were in love with a certain piece. In the end we purchased it and another piece. Service was great (Nicole). We are very happy and was delivered promptly

The service was excellent. We saw exactly what we wanted immediately. We weren't sure if the colour would match our blinds so they let us take the swatch home overnight. Made the decision easy.
Delivery was timely and the sofa was easily assembled (legs to attach only).
Would definitely go back when next in need of furniture or accessories.

We love the winged back chairs and ottoman we purchased and although we made the wrong choice about the leg colour initially, the staff went out of their way to ensure were happy with the end product. They contacted the supplier and organised to exchange just the legs so we were totally satisfied. We would highly recommend shopping at this store.

Staff in store were very helpful, I was only showed products that were relevant to my needs - comfortable, child friendly, movie night compatable. Store lay out easy to navigate. Delivery staff were early - giving me back my Saturday! Couch was easy to assemble. Now get the popcorn and start the movie, snuggle in, it's time for family movie night!
