After shopping around for a new sofa, we went in to what felt like every store and sat on countless sofas. We then went into Plush and were blown away by the professionalism and next level service provided by Elyse. Whilst we love absolutely everything about our new plush sofa, it was actually the friendly and genuine service that sold us.

We purchased in store at Newcastle and had fantastic service. We were able to take samples home of fabrics to check and excellent interior design advice on accessories in store.

Came into the Newcastle store looking for our first lounge, we were greeted by Liz who gave us a chance to look around first. Then was awesome in assisting us in buying our lounge, answered all our questions throughly and clearly! Great service, happy shopper

I love the Citi Sofas that I purchased from Plush, Newcastle. Nigel and his team are highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nigel made the process very easy and was fabulous to deal with. Tens across the board!

I recently purchased the Leila Modular in store and I am absolutely in love with it! It is so comfortable and the colour and fabric are perfect.
I was looked after by Elyse who was very informative, helpful and not at all pushy. She answered all my questions regarding the fabric, warranty and general life expectancy of the sofa she was very patient when I was rather indecisive!
I would highly recommend buying a sofa from Plush and hopefully you will be lucky enough to be served by Elyse!

We travelled several hours to purchase a modular lounge, intending to visit several city stores to compare quality, range and price. Plush was our first stop and regarding these priorities, we weren't disappointed. But notably, we ended up looking no further mainly due to Tyler's assistance. He listened carefully to our needs and wants, and made helpful suggestions to optimise space, comfort and value for our lounge. And his excellent service continued through the payment and delivery process. All in all, this purchase was a smooth and pleasant experience, and our lounge is just right.

I just wanted to thank the team at Plush Newcastle, especially Margaret! From the moment I walked in she made me feel right at home. It was the first and only store I walked into and purchased an Oasis Modular sofa. Margaret was so quick to get me sitting into the sofa's, feet up and getting a good 'feel' of the lounges. She was quick to bring me all the sample materials which helped me make a confident decision. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and how I was treated by the team.

Staff at Newcastle West were really helpful on a very busy weekend in the showroom. It was also lucky that I followed the website instructions about measuring before ordering as the first lounge I thought I wanted would have been too big. Also realised after delivery that I didn't have the Plush-Shield Care Kit and Warranty Booklet that was included in the package. Apparently I should have been given it the day I ordered but that got sorted with a follow up visit to the store. Everything is great now and I'm very happy with the recliner lounge.

My Family have been very happy with their Plush sofas, for many years. We purchased in the Newcastle Store with professional customer service. Very comfortable and exceptional quality. with the 10 year warranty would not purchase a sofa any where else . Thanks again Plush.

Thanks to Nigel for his assistance in selecting our modular suite. His extensive knowledge of the different products and his generous attention instore ensured that the sofa was exactly as I expected when it arrived, and we are very happy with it. Couldn't ask for better service.

We purchased the Cooper sofa to accommodate our growing family and couldn't be happier. Special thankyou to Margaret at the Newcastle store. Her service was second to none . There was no pressure and she was very patient in helping with fabric choice. We have a store closer to home but made a special trip back to see Margaret. Our lounge was ready and delivered 3 weeks ahead of the estimated time frame, very happy customer.

We have recently ordered our lounge at the Newcastle Plush store. I really want to thank Nigel for helping us make sure that the lounge we have ordered is just what we want. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we have been looked after. I can’t wait for our lounge to arrive!

Purchased in store Elyse very helpful and great value with sale offer. Chairs took longer than expected and living in the country it was left entirely up to us re pickup. Had difficulty with carriers and eventually made a 7 hours round trip for collect. Only one lady present so husband had to load my himself. Felt more help could have been forthcoming.

I purchased my lounge at the Newcastle store and Elyse was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure I got the colour I wanted. My only disappointment was that it look a lot longer to arrive than what I was first advised.
