Fortitude valley showroom had great service, Huan was friendly and helpful on the follow-up call. Can't wait for our Santa Monica 4 seater modular to arrive.

Took delivery of a new Plush sofa today (delivery guys were very good). The sofa looks great and feels very comfy. The sales staff at Fortitude Valley were excellent to deal with (no pushy sales, knowledgeable and very helpful). would have no hesitation in recommending to friends.

I purchased this online having viewed it in-store at Fortitude Valley.
Service was professional & efficient in-store & online. Lisa was most helpful online.

Recently purchased a leather modular lounge. The entire process from first walk-in to delivery was fantastic. The staff at Fortitude Valley store were welcoming and extremely helpful and took the time to address our needs and offer useful suggestions. We are very pleased with the chosen combination. Aaron and Josh who delivered and assembled the lounge were very professional and took the time to demonstrate the assembly and also the ongoing maintenance and care required for the leather. Would definitely recommend Plush.

Max and G handle the delivery of our couch perfectly in very wet weather. They where both polite and helpful. Plus took away all the packaging. Excellent delivery service!

Brad and Tom delivered the Carlton recliners in aubergine leather precisely on time and made sure to tidy up. The chairs are magnificent, leather superbly soft and the colour looks prestigious.

Our Plush experience has been very positive. The store in The Valley was helpful and the staff were friendly. Our delivery men Riley and Set were punctual, friendly, and professional.

Purchased a sofa bed and on delivery had to go up 2 flights of stairs. The boys who delivered Max & G took their time and negotiated the tight landings with attention to not cause any marks. Big hats off to the boys for delivering with care. Also great sofa bed, really can sleep in this one, made of good solid construction so no sagging in the middle like they normally do.

Got delivery of my Strand leather sofa last weekend and its amazing. My wife and I love it, it fits perfectly and has made a huge difference to the look of our lounge room.

We had an awesome experience at Plush Sofas in Fortitude Valley. The customer service was exceptional!! The staff really know their products and they are not pushy at all. We will definitely buy from there again. It was way better than any other furniture store we went to. Roni is fantastic!!
