Shauna was very warm and helpful when I entered the store in Gepps Cross. She allowed me and my wife to try sofa bed and electric chair patiently. She explained everything to me very clearly and was easy to understand.

Carla was very helpful when I entered the store. She allowed me to take the leather swatches outside in the natural light as the lighting in the store does not show the true colour. She explained everything to me very clearly and was easy to understand.

We entered the store and spoke with Shauna. We identified what we wanted more or less straight away and Shauna explained the options available to us. We were also given an information sheet about the product - very helpful since we had to go home to check some measurements. Once we checked and confirmed that we wanted to go ahead, we called Shauna and the order was taken by phone. Very easy process!

I received great service from Carla at the Gepps Cross store she was really helpful and I loved the sofas when I first saw them. Dave from the Windsor gardens warehouse was fantastic with his serves he loaded everything up perfectly, gave us a drink and gave my daughter a plush pooch. Thanks plush!

Purchased 2 snuggle chairs. So amazingly comfy! The sales guy Ockie was great, very helpful and informative. I believe he was very honest and spent time helping me match a colour to my floorboards,
And then he gave me a great deal!

When delivered, the delivery guy Rob was again so friendly and helpful. There are actually indents in the couch but he was great in helping me document it and take photos so that if they do not come out I can get the couch replaced.
Just overall totally happy!

I went to the plush (Gepps cross) looking for a new leather lounger i was greeted by a happy, knowledgable staff member (Carla - store manager) who showed me all of my options and prices... The second time i went back in (to have another look at the lounge) i spoke with Ockie who was great too... was very knowledgable about the couches.. the third time i went in to actually order the couch as i finally made my mind up.... I delt with Carla again who remembered me from my first visit... the transaction went extremely smooth and i feel very confident with my purchase as both Carla and Ockie were not 'pushy sales people'... I have not recieved my couch yet but cant wait to get it.... Thanks Carla!!

We ordered our new sofa from Plush Furniture at Gepps Cross. We had been looking for several weeks and have visited several other furniture stores but never found what we really wanted.
The saleslady at Gepps Cross was sooo helpful. She was able to offer so many options with fabrics and designs.
We originally wanted an "L" shaped lounge with the ottoman but when she showed us the electric reclining sofa we were sold.
We were told it would take 12 weeks to manufacture, we ordered the Sofa in February and it was delivered in May.
Who needs Gold Class cinema when we have our own reclining sofa.
Now we need to upgrade our TV to a 4K 65"

Pauline & I walked into Plush in Gepps Cross looking for a lounge chair or two seater sofa. Jade introduced herself to us and made us feel welcome and put us at ease in an instant. We left purchasing two 2.5 seaters and a lounge chair. The welcome we received from Jade had its effect as we went back a few days later and purchased a floor rug.

We recently made a purchase in store and were very happy with the service and attention given to us by Ockie.
He was extremely thorough and went to every possible length to ensure that we would be satisfied with our choices. We've never purchased through Plush before but if the products turn out to be as good as the customer service,we will recommend Plush without hesitation. I have already mentioned Ockie's name to family members who will be prospective customers.

Wanting to say a huge Thankyou to the Plush Head Office Team for coming together to help resolve an issue with our couch. Never once did we feel like we where burdening them. They have come through on every promise made. So overly happy. Delivery boys Rob and Shane rocked as well getting the transition of Lounges done smoothly, promptly and cleanly. Having been long time Plush customers (last couches lasted over 10 years retired them on style ) we will always stick to value for money so therefore we will always stick with Plush.

Great store service provided by Carla at Gepps Cross. Rob and Shane did a great job of unpacking and installing the lounge. Although it was a lengthy wait (normal for a custom lounge) it was worth it. I was kept informed along the way. The electric recliner is a treat!
