Went to Plush at Highpoint on Sunday to purchase a new lounges. The customer service we received from Sam was so appreciated. He was very patient and gave us all the information we needed. Very good customer service Thank you Sam

I am excited to have recently ordered a Cooper Modular in Mondo Nutmeg fabric with Plush furniture and can’t wait for it to arrive, and can already imagine relaxing in comfort on it :-)
Fergus at the Highpoint Maribyrnong store was just lovely. He was the perfect balance of helpful without being too pushy, and I really appreciated his patience.
I would definitely recommend getting his assistance if you are trying to find a couch that is right for you and your space.

Shopping for a sofa was a joy thanks to Fergus! He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Fergus was attentive and managed to serve multiple customers, making each of us feel like we were important to him. He remembered our names and also the questions we had asked him on a prior visit. His approach showed genuine care. He asked great questions and made sure we understood everything about our purchase from delivery to caring for the leather. We were thrilled to find the perfect sofa for our new house, we had looked at some other big name stores too, the thing that made it for us was the exceptional service we received from Sam, he was so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, nothing was too much, he knew the product, the process and understood this was a big decision for us, he was respectful and considerate . After looking around the store we had a idea of the type of lounge we were interested in. Fergus, the store manager approached us to offer his assistance. He was a great help explaining the different options available for each model. He also explained the process and delivery time. He was attentive and very informative.

Joel and Jason delivered our furniture yesterday. They were right on time, were lovely and friendly, and did a great job navigating our steep driveway. Thanks guys for the seamless delivery. We love our new couches!

I'd been to Plush early on in my search for the perfect couch but thought I should look around everywhere else before making a decision. Months later I found myself back at Plush because they have the widest variety of good quality leather couches and arm chairs. Also, Fergus at the Highpoint store knows the products and was able to make suggestions to best suit our needs. He wasn't pushy and gave us space to discuss but was there when we needed to ask questions.

Really great service from Fergus, helping pick out design and fabric for a couch and chair combination. He even remembered my Mum who was with me (bought her couch years ago!). Would highly recommend

We searched for weeks for the perfect lounge suite...When we arrived at Plush in Highpoint we knew that we would find it there. The store was easy to navigate, and had a huge selection of lounges to sit on; hd an amazing sale on and the staff (Fergus) was the right mix of not too pushy and very professional and informative. We tried and tested many different lounge suites, and Fergus patiently assisted us, pulling out fabric swatches, and providing us with all the information we asked for at hand. He was extremely helpful, and assisted in ensuring we created the right lounge suite to suit our family needs. We cannot wait to get it!

Thanks to Robert Sarantuvlias from Highpoint excelent and friendly service. Fixed couch quickly and efficiently, knew what he was doing. Fixed at home. He had very good customer service too.

The staff at Highpoint were super helpful in assisting us with choosing the perfect lounge suite. With so many options and styles, they made a difficult task an easy mission!

We spent a very long time deciding on sofas for two living rooms for a house in the country. Fergus at the Highpoint store was very patient on each occasion, and provided us excellent assistance with navigating styles, fabrics, colours, quality of leather and care packages, and generously allowed us to take larger swatches home for longer than usual due to the distance to the rural property. The staff at the Ballarat store, Zoe and Ahn, were also extremely helpful on separate occasions, and also with organising our delivery. Hopefully our couches will arrive within the promised time frame, and the delivery experience will be equally rewarding.

Store was big and easy to navigate around so much to choose from, the sales person was excellent very informative and really knows his stuff thank's Ben, a great range of quality products, delivery was great very flexible and I was able to assemble my couch quite easily, Extremely happy with my purchase only problem I have is getting the wife and kids out of my spot lol

Fergus was very helpful and easy to deal with on our selection of couch setup, gave us detail sizes so as we could go home and check out what we actually wanted. The sale was then done over the telephone, easily done. We have purchased lounge furniture from Plush previously and have been very happy with it. Hopefully this will work out the same. Thanks Fergus
