To start off by stating by saying that Zdenka of Taylor’s lakes is a knowable, professor helpful person, we were just browsing in the store and we ended up buying an item.
The store was easy to navigate
Wasn’t surprised with the product and the quality. I couldn’t recommend this sales person highly enough she was so helpful, knowledgeable of her products and a real pleasure to deal with

We recently purchased lounge suites for both living and family rooms. I was undecided and needed help making up my mind. Joanne was amazing with her knowledge and understood the look I was after and guided me with my decision. She was very patient with me as I took my time deciding. The couch/sofa we bought is of very high quality and the warranty was comprehensive. Nothing was oversold and Sal treated us with respect and empathy the whole way through. We look forward to taking receipt of delivery in the next few weeks.

We went to navigate the store and sat on a lot of couches however the first couch we sat we fell in love so we went back at the end. That's when we were approached and we made the purchase and colour in 30 minutes. It was easy, simple and they made us feel comfortable with our decision. Excellent customer service and great pricing.

The service at Plush Taylor's Lakes could not be faulted. We were fussy buyers looking for a corner suite, and ended up spending just on 2 hours to make our final decision. And yet through all that time, Jacqui Williams provided service above what would be expected. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when we felt we were on our final stage of purchase, we went back to another suite and we basically started all over again. Jacqui provided all the advice we needed, and was more than happy to provide us with sketches and layout dimensions, to ensure we were satisfied it would fit within our confined space. We are now looking forward to our delivery of the new suite.

Zdenka in Taylors lakes was very lovely! We have to wait a few weeks for delivery of the swivel cosy arm chair -but I think the wait is worth it :)

We arrived 10 minutes from closing on a Sunday afternoon after travelling around other furniture stores further from home. Sal didn't pressure us, provided us with examples of fabrics on different pieces so we could see how it would look in a lounge setting. Discussed delivery to ensure it didn't clash with our travel. Overall our experience was wonderful, fair price (last day of a sale too!), fantastic service by Sal, definitely on the Plush emails now so I can keep an eye out for another great sale.

Purchased our third Plush product, the "Cooper" leather lounge suite.
