Thank you Zdenka at Plush Taylors Lakes for expert advice, great product knowledge & patience while we worked through our options. I’m so excited to be getting a snuggle chair for a new sitting room.

Walked into the store. It had exactly what I came to see on display. I was approached in a friendly manner straight away by Joanne, the sofa specialist. I was also given a wide option of choices.

Very thankful to the support and service from Zdenka at Watergardens, she was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble she has so much knowledge of the Plush designs and fabrics that can be used.

I visited 2 different Plush furniture stores on my hunt for my couch, Zdenka, at Taylor’s Lakes was very helpful and patient while I made my decision. Looking forward to my delivery now.

Went into store to look at recliner lounges with help of Zdenka we actually bought one. Fantastic person to talk to and ask questions. She explained how to look after the leather and answered anything else we wanted to know. Thankyou once again Zdenka. Now all we have to do is wait for delivery of new lounges.

The store was great with easy to find furniture that we wanted. Good range of products and I am hoping the quality will be satisfactory. Nicole was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Pretty relaxing and reasonable range. Zdenka made our task quite simple. Choice was easy and Zdenka offered additional information that made the selection quick. Delivery was prompt as advised.

We ordered two snuggle chairs on 15 Sep and were promised that 'at worst' they would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Well it's now just a few days from Xmas and we still haven't received our chairs, nor an estimate of when they might arrive. The communications from the Plush store and head office have been non-existent! I'm sure the chairs will be great when they eventually arrive, but we're really disappointed with the lack of customer service so far. On the positive side, Plush have provided us with additional discounts every time a new delay was encountered.

Lisa was great help and answered all questions asked! Can't wait for my snuggle couch to come!! Thank you again Lisa!

Staff assistant Joanne was very friendly and helpful. Was able to assist with measurements and it was a stress free purchase.

Went in store to look at a chaise I had seen online. Joanne from Taylors Lakes store could not have been more helpful. She offered her advice on the layout of the room and which sofa would work best and then helped with which fabric and colour choice would best suit my family and needs. After taking home the dimensions I have ordered the sofa and now anxiously await my delivery. Highly recommend a visit to Plush!

It is with great pleasure that I say we have just bought our 7th & 8th pieces of Plush Furniture & as usual the service we received at the Watergardens store in Taylor's Lakes was excellent. Joanne was able to recommend the perfect modular to fit the space we needed to fill. Looking forward to our new arrivals in the new year. Thanks again Joanne for your patience & advice

We've only ordered our couches at this stage we are satisfied with what we chose. We found the staff lovely and informative.

I didn’t know what I was looking for when I walked into Plush Taylor’s Lakes last Sunday but Zdenka helped me choose the best sofa and it’s one that suits me and my home. I am over the moon and the customer service was excellent. Thank you Zdenka. Thank you for helping me even get pillows that will distinguish the sofa and make it a standout. I am so excited.

I went into the store in search of a lounge suite, while browsing, I was approached by staff member Jaquie. Jaquie was friendly, efficient and most helpful. She demonstrated how the lounge converts to sofa bed, checked measurements, provided life size samples of the different color/ fabric choices and did us a great deal. I was sold! Thanks

I bought a sofa from the Watergardens store and thought we’d done our homework online but we’re lucky that we had Jacqui who was very help and extremely parent. She drew floor plans and gave us ideas on fabrics and sofa designs. She also gave us (me and the three other decision makers) space to think and discuss. The final paperwork and payment was very efficient, professional and easy. Thanks Jaqui.
