Jordan provided us with excellent service, very knowledgeable about the products and assisted us to find a sofa to fit our room. Store had good quality products, friendly staff and easy to shop.

I rang prior to coming into the store as I wanted to make sure the chair I was interested in was on the floor so I could test it . Jordan answered the phone and informed that the chair I wanted was on the showroom floor. I was not rushed and offered several options of for my chair. Jordan wasn't pushy, informative and I place an order - Good service. Just waiting on my chair now.

Never entered a Plush store before but was extremely impressed with the products and professional service offered. Jordan from the Midland showroom conducted himself very professionally and assisted all our queries with an air of confidence and knowledge.

Jordan was an excellent salesman, he allowed us to look around noncommittally and provided valuable, knowledgeable assistance when he prompted us to discuss what we were looking for. He suggested some clearance items in the garage, and we found our perfect couch for an amazing deal on a budget!

Just bought a sofa from Plush in Midland so I haven't received it yet. I sat on just about every sofa in Perth, but Plush was the store to combine what I wanted it to look like and comfortable to sit in. Deanna was so helpful and honest. She was quick to follow-up with any questions and genuinely wanted to make sure we made the right choice for our place. Couldn't have asked for more.

Jordan done a good sales job had good knowledge about the product, easy to talk to and happy to answer all the questions. Didnt apply any greasy high pressure sales moves. Overall a very relaxed experience at plush.

Chris was extremely helpful, honest and friendly during our several visits to make a decision. We are eagerly awaiting our sofas arrival. The sofa is comfortable and we liked the colour options available and the insurance option. The change of heart policy is great just in case the colour we chose does not fit within our home. I walked in and had no idea where to go in the store Deanna came and directed me directly to the best furniture for what I wanted. She tried to show various items but she honed into exactly what I wanted and now we are waiting for the arrival of our new chairs.

I went to the Midland Store to find a sofa. I was served by Chris who was very knowledgeable about the different models and provided excellent service. Looking forward to my sofa arriving.

We've checked a number of stores and didn't find anything we liked until we came across Plush
online. Took a trip to Midland and found a variety of very well made sofas to choose from.
With the friendly help from Millie at the store, we soon found what we have been looking for.

Millie from the Midland showroom was great, very helpful and very friendly. She helped us pick out a design and fabric colour for our new lounge . Would definitely recommend for those looking for something stylish and affordable with a good warranty for construction.
