The team at Snooze Fortitude Valley were friendly and informative. They helped us pick a bunk bed and mattresses that met our needs and our budget. We searched every other bedding store all weekend including specific ‘kids bedroom’ stores and the quality of the Snooze bed couldn’t be beaten. Delivery was quick and the guys who installed the bed were great!

Purchased ultimately from Fortitude Valley store, I also commend Jindalee store and delivery staff for their outstanding service. Everyone I dealt with was personable and helpful, but also knowledgeable. Being able to "build" the new bed was ideal and I am thrilled with the end result.

It was easy to navigate in the store as we received excellent friendly service and support. The mattress we purchased has been a vast improvement on our old one and we are sleeping a lot better. We are very happy with the quality. Our mattress was delivered in a timely and professional manner.

Service at this store was very good and the sales person spent time with us. We didn't feel pressured and were allowed to take as much time as we needed. The product was delivered way before the estimated delivery date. Delivery persons were respectful of our newly renovated home and did the installation well and took time to explain how to put together and take apart the bed. Unfortunately, this wasn't the mattress for be, but luckily the kind folks at snooze were happy to swap for a different mattress model (just had to pay price difference and delivery), even though it was a couple of months after I had bought it. Bed turned up on time. The bed technicians assembled the bed very quickly and removed the old bed with ease. Great experience and would recommend friends and family to the Fortitude Valley store.

We bought a whole bedroom suite including a locally made Tasmanian hardwood base, side tables, chest of draws and a Tempur mattress. Beautifully made and looks stunning. Wonderful service in store and even the delivery guys were great in putting the bed together and putting it in the right place.

I had a great shopping experience at Snooze. All of the staff seemed really friendly and informative! We’re very happy with our mattress - it’s perfect.

We’d been searching for a mattress for awhile and it can be quite confusing. Snooze have a computerised bed setup to help narrow down what mattress best suits you (aka Footlocker).
Though I did feel a bit silly laying there awhile while doing its thing, it was good for having a place to start from.
Lola (I think that’s her name) was terrific and whilst they aren’t the cheapest mattress they’re certainly not the most expensive. Their range is terrific bu Lola helped narrow it down.
We rang in next day and ordered over the phone. All really easy in the end.

I would sometimes wake in morning with aches in my muscles. Shane was very helpful and patient in helping me choose a new bed and pillows. I was also able to go away to think about the choices before making a decision. Delivery was prompt and exactly when they said it would arrive. My new bed is very comfortable without being too soft so now I wake without any soreness anywhere

Bed is beautiful and mattress was exactly what we were looking for. With Christmas right around the corner and a baby due any day they made sure to deliver within a few days!
