Excellent customer service
It had been many years since we bought our last bed and we went looking for a new one with very little idea of what we wanted. We came out of the first shop we tried even more confused! There were so many different beds to choose from at a wide range of prices. However, once we spoke to Margaret at Snooze, Cockburn Central, things started to look clearer. She listened to what we both wanted and suggested we take advantage of their testing machine, which would tell us which type of bed would suit us both. us a manageable selection of beds at various price points and left us alone to try them all out at our leisure, replying to all our questions without any pressure to buy. We soon found a bed which suited us both at a price we were very happy with. We were promised delivery in 5 - 10 working days and seven days later we received a text asking us to arrange delivery, which we did for the next day. As promised, the delivery team sent a text naming a 2 hour window for delivery and on delivery day, notified us when they were 20 minutes away. Margaret had told us that the two-man delivery team would unpack and set up the ensemble in the bedroom, but we have been told the same thing by other furniture retailers, only to have the goods dropped off quickly leaving us to do all the unpacking and assembly. However, this time I was pleased to see the ensemble fully set up within ten minutes, with all the packing taken away as well. I cannot comment on the quality of the bed since it has only just been delivered, but so far we have been very happy with our dealings with Snooze, Cockburn Central.

Corsico bedroom suite
Purchased in store Have had 3 dressing tables replaced as nails exposed Snooze has been A1 fantastic recommended store very happy with them nothing was a big deal but did everything to help. The warehouse manager did all possible to assist thanks Snooze as this was a manufacturer fault.

leaners except what the manufacturer has recommended a very very damp cloth and wipe it gently I followed all the instructions that were required, It got to the stage that I was afraid to wipe my dresser all I have on the dresser is on adollie and a glass place mat so nothing would mark it as it is all white. I would love to be be able to show you with an attachment but there is no attachment here. It is a very lovely suite but I am scared to barely touch it. Since the new mark has appeared like the size of a nail head a big one a smaller one has now appeared. I have reported this to Snooze Cockburn but heard nothing as yet. I am so far very happy with them they are helpful, but now it is not their problem. So this is 3 in 15 months. I am very careful why 3 in 15 months. So similar to the person before me (witchgenes) except it was the Mandurah Snooze store. We were sold the floor stock but was assured that it was in excellent condition. I said I would rather pay the extra $300 to get a new one, but was assured by the staff that it wouldn't be necessary as this was as good as. Well it wasn't. there has been soooo much to and fro that we have diarised the emails, calls and visits, but basically we are now lumped with a bed we can't use (we are now sleeping separately on 2 single mattresses as the bed is unusable...Read more
) and they have convinced the guy from Selectopedic who came to pick up our bed to repair or replace it last week, that now it is an "allowable variance". When he came to our home earlier the same day, he told my husband that it looks 'really bad, I can see from here without even touching it". He then told him he would take it to see if he could repair it or they will replace it. We were FINALLY glad that someone was listening as the manager and girls at the Mandurah snooze said that there is nothing wrong with it and it would take a months - 12 weeks for the bed to settle. But unfortunately he dropped it back that day while our daughter was home and didn't say anything about it other than he would email my husband the report. We tried to sleep on it twice but it felt exactly the same, we even rotated it to try and get some sleep, but no, it was painful. We went back to being on single mattresses again and tried constantly to get hold of the Mandurah Store to find out if they fixed it or replaced it (we thought we had 2 bad mattresses) but we find out yesterday via email, that after having it checked, there was only "allowable variances" and that they did not repair nor did they replace!!! They have ZERO customer care and they hide behind their "allowable variances" excuse. They will not give my money back! They will not fix it! I'm stuck!!! I will now drag this to the higher authorities (SC) and keep everyone that will listen informed on twitter & FB This is now day 30! and I will one day get a decent night's sleep! amazing bed from Bedshed in Mandurah. Its like sleeping on clouds & they actually cared about our comfort, super friendly & weren't just after our money. Third time unlucky?
We purchased a Madison Palace Mattress in 2014 at the O'Connor WA store and which was supposed to come with a 10 year guarantee. Within days of it being delivered it was clear the springs were not right, so it was taken away and dealt with. A few months ago the sagging on one side once again became intolerable. This time it was supposedly fixed in situ, but is now worse than it was before.

The sales people at O'Connor store were great, but once the sale is made it would appear no-one at Snooze wants to deal with faulty products. Fabulous Customer Service
I came into the store was in there for a few minutes and a gentleman came over and greeted me and my husband, we had a great laugh together it made us both feel very welcome, the gentleman Chris showed us both a few Mattresses and what we should be looking for regarding support, we had been into numerous stores and we never felt support in which we felt on the mattress we brought. Sense we have got the mattress, we both have slept like a baby apart from my husband snoring. I would like to thank the Gentleman Chris for the fantastic customer service in which we received while in the store.

Great customer service
I bought a mattress from Misty at the Osborne Park store. After being offered a 60% off discount from $4100 on a floor mattress from another store i was pretty certain i would be taking it home. I then went into snooze and found the upbeat (even though sick) and very helpful advice from Misty sway my mind to another mattress from Snooze. I am almost certain if it was any body else serving me with less enthusiasm i would of bought the other stores mattress, but after her helping me understand the different types of mattress' and how to pick one that suits me, I had to buy it. Will shop from here again.

Bed smells so bad
We bought a Madison Palace Super King Mattress and it wasn't cheap so I expected to have a great nights sleep - not so as the smell of the bed is so bad I get feel quite sick from the strong smell and have resorted to taking anti histamine as it's affected me so much. We went away for 2 weeks and aired the bed out but since coming back the problem is still there - not happy and if I had known this would be an issues we would never had bought the bed - never happened before with other beds we have bought.

Excellent customer service
My partner and I were in the market for a new mattress for our new bedroom suite. After visiting three other bedding stores in the Osborne Park area and being left more confused than when we started we ended up at Snooze. Jake offered his assistance and soon had us in the sleep-right system for a fitting. Jake's service was extremely professional, relaxed enough that we did not ever feel pressured and with a huge amount of knowledge. Jake guided us through the process of mattress choice and provided more than enough information to help us make the right choice.
We are looking forward to when the product arrives next week!

Slumberland for a good nites sleep
Had gone to the Osborne Park store and was greeted and looked after by Beck . She was nothing but professional with her customer service and helped me in every aspect regarding purchasing a bed, which I have bought thanks to Beck and cant wait for it to be delivered. This is my second purchase from Snooze, was delighted with the first and now have come back for a second

Staff were great!
Went in yesterday to purchase a new mattress, and straight away found the one we wanted. The guy who helped us was super helpful and not at all pushy. Great customer service. Will definitely go back to Snooze!

Perfect mattress, great service and delivery!
We had great service in store from Jake, who helped us use the bed match system and suggested 2 mattresses for us to try. Both were great and he allowed us lots of time to make our decision. Jake was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery of the mattress also went very smoothly, with it being delivered exactly on time from very professional and polite deliverers. Will definitely go back to Snooze again!

Great service, lovely staff and no pressure.
I visited a couple of other bed stores and was disgusted with their disinterest when I mentioned I wouldn't be buying immediately, but was just starting to look. From the moment I walked into Snooze (Jandakot) I was listened to and all staff in the store were lovely. Elena was wonderful and reassured me that it was a good idea to take my time. I was set up on the bed match system and Elena then proceeded to take me through each mattress on the list and few types of pillow. bad service
sometimes l would go into the Osborne park store just to look at the beds and one day l got ask to leave by a staff or manager and l was told not come back unless l was to buy something if l can not look at the products in the shop l will not send my money in that shop l can walk around other shops near by and have no problems what so ever

Worst bed ever..................................
We paid a lot of money for our bed. We bought a Queen bed series 6 firm. We paid $2800 for this bed. It is so uncomfortable my husband and I wake up every morning with sore hips and back. It's just dreadful. We are so upset and we can't afford to buy another bed. So we are stuck with this dreadful bed. Buyer beware do not buy there beds. I wish we had picked the Sealy Posturepedic bed at least we would have got a good bed. We cannot continue like this I am living on painkillers....We are going to seek legal action as we get no response from phone calls or online.

Made a purchase for 2 bed frames, mattresses, protectors and were given a delivery period of 8-10 we
Purchase was made in store, and for the past 3 weeks been chasing up delivery of beds, but no answer from anyone. Keep getting told the beds will leave today and to date 15 weeks after purchase no beds delivered yet and not getting a definitive delivery date.

Best Bed and mattress store - best service from Laura, Osborne Park store
With the professional service and knowledge of Laura from Osborne Park, I purchased the best mattress for my requirements today - the Madison Times Square, as well as the most comfortable pillow I have ever rested on. The products are the best in the industry and Laura was just amazingly understanding, easy to talk to and made the whole process a great experience. Snooze was highly recommended to me by my sister who said she had shopped around to all the other places and did her research, and told me to forget the other stores, Snooze was the only place to go. My sister was right, it was the best store, amazing products and fantastic service. Thank you again, Laura.

Customer Service, Delivery and after sales was hopeless I wouldn't recommend anyone to go
I have ordered a bed from Snooze on 24th of April, and I decided to take the bed and the mattress including two bed sides. Until now I have not received my furniture and they said it will be immediately available on the day I ordered and all of a sudden they tell me that it takes 4 weeks and last week they call me up and say that its going to take longer and that I have to wait till 13th of June for the bed to come to their stores and god knows when the delivery would happen. And I have been waiting till someone called me despite promising to c...Read more
all back with a different solution to source the bed from elsewhere. So with immediate effect I have cancelled the order today and they said they cannot cancel I have to call GE money and cancel, and when I call them up GE money says Snooze Cockburn has not sent a cancellation request. So I had to call them up to get it cancelled and they inform me since they delivered the mattress they cannot refund it and trying to force the sale on me. And I didn't request for the mattress without a bed I need a full refund for the whole thing as I am going to source the full package from elsewhere due to the most unreliable service a company could offer. I hope this comes to the respective official's attention soon. And as of today no refund has been processed for the mattress I just thought I will write here before I make an official complaint on the Consumer Ombudsman's page.2 comments

Almost perfect
Would have given 5 star if our $2700 mattress hadn't started sinking after 7 months of use. Now I am resorted to sleep closer to the centre where is had not sunk.
The customer service was great at the Jandakot/Cockburn branch and we are still happy with the bed frame and bed side table though it was $500+ just for the bedside table each (which we still think it is expensive). We wanted a matching set so unfortunately had to purchase as a set.
Spent over $5000 on our master suite and disappointed with the mattress. We will wait for a few more months and see if it continues to sink.
Overall, happy with the customer service and delivery.
