Bed too high
Awful customer service ! The bed is way too high for us, it is not the bed we saw in the shop. Rang store and was on hold for over 7 minutes. It is what it as they say...we have to us a stool to get into bed!

Sorry for the late post! Snooze Cockburn sorted out our problem. We had a home visit from the store owner! We are extremely happy with the bed and cannot complain. Thank you so much staff at Cockburn for the service:)

Don't bother if you want timely delivery.
We ordered a mattress just under two weeks ago and were told that delivery would be in 7-10 days, which was perfect as we were moving into our new place right around then. Called at 10 days and were told that the mattress had not arrived in the store and would be in the next day. At 12 days we were called and told it would not be delivered until at least 16 days after we ordered. If we had known we would be sleeping on the couch for a week we would have purchased somewhere else.

Bit before Xmas, Bought single bed frame and mattress from Snooze Cannington(WA). Store customer service=good. mattress=good. Bed frame=cheap wood junk made in Indonesia with 1 year warranty. Snooze Cannington's delivery company=absolutely useless. Bed frame and mattress were delivered, we unpacked it and found they forgot to deliver the wooden slats package. Ring up... oops the delivery guys left it on the truck. Came back later that day to deliver it. Unpacked the slats and 2 has a bow in it (cheap junk) Call up Snooze to organise replacement...Read more
. Fast forward to today...3 promised delivery days over a month from the delivery company which have all been no shows. Still waiting. Summary: Snooze themselves are fine but their Cannington stores delivery company are the most incompetent I have ever dealt with, beware if u cant take the goods away yourself.1 comment

Great Service
My wife a I recently purchased our new bed from Snooze in O'Connor, After spending most of the day trying beds in a number of bed stores in our area. We went in to Snooze and I must say what a breath of fresh air. We were greeted in a friendly manner by the Store manager, After finding out we needed a new mattress he put us through the bed test system. ed to purchase the top Madison, unfortunately it just was out of our budget (maybe when we win lotto lol,) Purchasing our new bed from Snooze both my wife and I agree we wished we had stopped here first. For you out there looking to start this painful process, Go and see these guys and it will be a breeze. We stopped at many bed stores that day and in one store we didn't even get offered a smile or hello. Excellent mattress, great frame, good service
We bought a Madison Times Square mattress and Calibre bed frame, King -- delivered February 23, 2013 -- delighted with the bed, very comfortable, minimal partner disturbance, frame looks great. Store manager (Perth, Osborne Park) was very skilled in interpreting our needs and adapting choices. Awarding four stars instead of five because delivery folks had some issues (hoping to fully resolve).

Biggest mistake ever made
Sales manager at midland wa is the rudest person I have dealt with!! The so called computer bed analizer said I should purchase a certain bed!! So I trusted the so called professional !!! I am in absolute pain every night I wake up in the worst pain ever!! Went back to complain and the response was...oh but that's the bed you chose!! What a load of junk!

I'm amased your organisation has lasted as long as it has. I purchased a bed mattress and side cabinets on 6 march 2011 . Informed at time of sale 8 - 10 weeks to deliver. 16 weeks later we have confirmed deliver. We paid the outstanding balance first thing that morning only to discover that both your Midland store and transport contractor could not manage to deliver not only within agreed time slot but had a king single on board instead of the king size mattress. id not return the goods purchased back to the store but to some depot. Your Midland store failled to tell us of this slight mistake. Not to mention these goods are now my property. THE MESSAGE IS... YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN NEEDS REVIEWING AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and I'm being nice about the whole experience.
