We started with another builder and didn't go ahead because of cost and the salesman. We then chose to go with Statesman and met with Kim Nguyen - a totally different and extremely pleasurable experience - thank you Kim. despite the number of plans changes, she was always more than ready to make the changes, inform us of the costs and deal with my husband's sense of humour. Sometimes we would just call in to the sales office with questions, which we had probably already asked, but Kim would always go through it again for us with a smile. Kim is a great asset to the company.

Build has been excellent so far our quoted price at the start was a but over which has been excellent as we have been credited instead of being lied to on our quote our selection consultant was very helpful and help us with ideas and guided us we have not started building yet can not comment on house build quality.

We are in the early stage of building our home with Statesman Homes. But so far, we had an exceptional customer service from our Building consultant Mani Singh who is in Lightsview display home. He was very polite, provided us all the information and explain them step by step to us as this is our first home and we don't have much knowledge and made us 100% clear of whole process. We have been to lot of other builders before but no one explained us the process and make us clear on what we should do or don't, as Mani did. Thank you for your great service and looking forward to have a smooth journey with Statesman homes to make our dream come true.

We highly recommend Mani Singh, our Sales Consultant at Statesman Homes. From our very first meeting with Mani at Lightsview, he has shown genuine interest in what we required and not just a house to sell us. He is professional and knowledgeable in his field and as first time home builders he has been helpful to us every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble and the communication lines to him are always open. We are still in our early stages of building. If the experience we have had with Mani is anything to go by, we look forward to the rest of the process of building our very first home through Statesman Homes.

Haven't started building yet however the people we've dealt with through Statesman have been nothing but professional throughout. Their only downfall is the communication, first contact after our selections appointment was 4 weeks, would have been great to receive a phone call every now and then even just to update us as to say they're waiting on "x". Hard to get hold of when calling and don't always return calls but otherwise a very well planned process.

So far, so good. Just in the early stages of the build at the moment. We have had great service from Andy Killick and our consultant at colour selections Pooja Shah was fantastic and extremely helpful. Pooja knew exactly what colours we were wanting and even selected some colours just to make sure we were on the same page. Pooja also had some great ideas on our new build and was so friendly and helpful. Great work. We appreciate it.

The build was done in a systematic time frame which meant we could see things happen, this led to a good working relationship with the builder and the team. The quality of the work was very good, the colour selection process really went well enabling the build to run smoothly. A great team effort and would recommend the trades to anyone I speak to.

The colour selections process was methodical and organised. Our design consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to match our choices. We appreciate the patience, honesty and prompt correspondence throughout the service. We had the most amazing experience with statesman homes, we heard alot about builders and quality and various other problems BUT NOT with STATESMAN HOMES !!! They were excellent from start to finish. Each and every member involved in the process was super helpful and very experienced in their respective fields of service. Customer service and support was the best ! I really liked the Brooklyn display home out at Blakes Crossing and the consultant there, Kim our consultant made it easy by customising our plan off of the Brooklyn home, since we had a narrow frontage and quite a deep block, so she took elements of the Brooklyn home and made it work really well to turn our plan to a Custom. Selections was a blast with Olivia, who was patient and knowledgeable. Our house is currently at Brickwork stage and it looks great.

So far, everyone we've dealt with through the company has been professional and answered all our queries, including Monique during Pre-construction and Graham our Site supervisor has been great during the build. Looking forward to moving into our new home together.

The service we received from Kim during the sales stage was above our expectations, communication between the sales stage and selections was non existent but once Olivia took over for that stage it was fantastic. We arrived for selections with little idea about what we wanted and left feeling extremely satisfied. Olivia was fantastic, well educated about the products and offered some of the best service we have ever received anywhere. Everyone told us selections would be the hardest part if the build but Olivia made it enjoyable and simple. We didn't feel pressured to buy extras or upgrade anything and she has the patience of a Buddhist. Our frame has just been erected and we cannot wait to move in..
