Any updates Shani?

Just wondering, if you did end up using them? and how was the experience.

There is no way that I would ever recommend Stroud homes to anyone. Very, very arrogant business owner who will dismiss any concerns you have. Once you have signed the building contract, your dead to them unless they want money. Look else where. (Can't wait to hear the amazing deluded response from the owner from their 120 owners who thought they were amazing, not to mention ALL local businesses who won't deal with them as the local businesses are all bad, not Stroud homes).

I've built several houses over the years even had my brother bill one for me and that house was fine but what I'd like to say as far as any of the big name builders out there today and to win my son is also in the building industry is constantly moving from one builder to another as a subcontractor he highly recommends Stroud's not that he ever does any subcontract work but he has looked and seen what experience we had here and is by far more than impressed Stroud builders suddenly he made a comment on when we decide to build no builder gets correct all the time you just so many variables involved but what we have found was Stroud's is that if we saw an issue and contacted them immediately the supervisor would be straight on to it.

We built our Stroud home 11/14 in Jimboomba woods Qld. We found them to be very easy to deal with and have built a lovely home. They let us know each week what was going to be done and it was. The workman ship has been very good a few miner things but in all a well built house. If we ever built again we would definitely use them again. We have 2 Stroud homes that have been built near us at the same time and they said the same thing. Good luck

Without question we would build with them again. There are 2 other couples that built the same time as us, and both feel the same as we do, very little problems and happy with the finished home.

Hello. Yes, we would consider building with them again (we do love our house) BUT only if we had Stewart Byron as our Site Supervisor. We had him for the first 12-13 weeks of our build and he was fantastic. After that, they gave us a new person - [Name Removed] - who was a big disappointment after Stewart and let us down big time through the handover stage. In saying that though, maybe he might be ok if he had the house from the get go - but I can only talk from our experiences. Best of luck!
