Great Provider, A Pain to Set Up.
Just started a plan with Teleron last month, their customer support was excellent (got straight through to the same person on two occasions). I wanted to keep my previous router, but finding a modem that complied with teleron requirements was an absolute pain. Found someone who knew what they were after at the third shop I asked, even then they weren't 100% sure. Once setup though, has been running fast with no major issues or dropouts.

Terrible service
I signed up for NBN plan and never received the speed I signed up for. They keep making excuses to improve my services but never did. Asked me to change my 2 year old router and change computer but couldn't improve the speed.
Don't sign up if you expecting higher speed.

Exceeded expectations!!!
I heard so many horror stories about the NBN however have been happy with the switch to this mob. I needed some assistance to set up and after a few months of use when it seemed to slow down. Both times I was amazed I got to talk to real people almost immediately who were happy to listen and assist. I have recommended Teleron to all my friends.

Very high congestion in NSW, poor customer service
About me: 100Mbps w/ unlimited data (top tier 'ultimate platinum' package) with FTTP, located in Sydney. Signed on to a 12 month contract at the start of 2017. Ex-customer.
Despite what their marketing will tell you, Teleron has a severe network congestion problem.
I first experienced it in April of 2017, with download speeds dipping down to 40Mbps. At that time, their customer service was excellent, and was fully transparent with me that they were upgrading to a CVC with more bandwidth as they didn't have enough. After two weeks speed...Read more
s were in an acceptable range. However, this occurred again even more acutely (download speeds as low as 8Mbps were frequent) from July all the way through to when I gave up on Teleron in October. Very slow, and no intention to help
I've just spent a year connected to the NBN wireless with those guys, and I'm utterly disappointed. I couldn't wait for my contract to end so I could try another telco.
I was on a 25/5 plan and I never went higher than 12mbps download, averaging at 4 Mbps. I've contacted them many times, each time they would ring me back straight away and sounded very polite and helpful: making me perform tests. Rubbish Customer Service, very unprofressional
There NBN speeds are OK, but their customer service is a joke - unclear, bad grammar, don't properly answer questions, can't call them.. Stay away, don't worry about how cheap they are!

Extremely prompt customer service
I effortlessly switched over from Belong NBN to Teleron. I put in my request on 1st Jan and my service was activated on 2nd Jan 2018. I contacted technical support three times using both their chat window and call back form - I was called back within ten minutes each time. Even when I went offline their chat screen someone tried to call me instead and left messages. They really do aim to resolve your issues quickly. I'm a sole user and I'm on a basic speed plan to which I've conducted speed tests during peak and off peak time, both yielding excellent results. I highly recommend Teleron.

Teleron - the best internet provider on the market
Having spent many hours online fishing for the money for value deal no other service provider beats teleron. I am paying $45 pm for 150G for NBN . This is a platinum speed which is higher than the basic package. The service is outstanding, especially when a few calls were made around connection time. I spoke to the same person and phone was picked up immediately and calls returned if voicemail left without any delays.

All the promises of the internet speed has been achieved
Great staff and a Australian Company and very competitive with pricing I would recommend Teleron to be the right choice if your looking for Internet connection

Happy Customer
Connected in a couple of days,no problems, to HFC on telerons Platinum 200 plan two months ago. Although speeds do not reach 100mps they are consistently around 60mps and we have not had a single interruption in our service. Customer service with Craig is a simple phone call and he is very helpful and patient. Highly recommended

SHOCKED! At how seamless and good the install service & quality of the connection is.
After hearing all the horror stories about NBN, I did not expect it to be so good.
I signed up for the 100/40 speed and its on HFC.
They were not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but I'd heard rumours that they are not overloading the service.
That they were focussed on quality.
A few extra dollars is a no-brainer for quality.

My grandmother is so happy
I connected my grandmother to the nbn few months ago, and teleRon have been superb。 They helped us set it all 。 My grandmother plays card games online and relies on landline phone。 I‘m so impressed with their service。 It is second to none。 I cannot wait for the nbn to come to my area so I can join teleRon

Terrible!!!
Saw nbn plans for this company online - so enquired on their site, and spoke to somebody in their online chat (as phone number listed is actually disconnected). Well, this is my FOURTH day in a row speaking to these guys, and they seriously must not want customers, as their service is appalling. First time I spoke to them, they just stopped talking to me, until i posted a number of "are you still there?" responses. And now they refuse to connect me to their nbn (even though other companies are fine with it) due to a small glitch in the system (and yes, the address is nbn ready). Disgraceful. Company won't last long with this attitude and service. Look elsewhere.
