Amazing house build experience
We came into this build with absolute no build experience, we are first time home buyers / home builders. We decided early on that we only really wanted to build once if we could get it right as much as was in our control and after alot of research we ended up with Webb & Brown-Neaves. il this point (a few weeks until we recieve keys) more is what we have recieved. From the initial sit down with Webb & Brown right up till where we are right now we have been nothing but impressed. We did a custom house from the start and the effort and the attention to detail to what we actually wanted was amazing. The time taken back and forth to get exactly what we wanted was incredible and the end result that was achieved is even more impressive than how we could picture. After design and into prestart the girls we dealt with were amazing also and took everything that we wanted into account and were more than accomodating making sure we exhausted every avenue to ensure that everything that we wanted was there. Moving into construction and the part that i was most nervous about was the execution and how good the trades would be. My site supervisor (excellent by the way) assured me that his trades were the best and that everything would be ok sounded like a really good sales pitch enough that i would hire my own independent inspector due to myself working away, and i am pleased to say that up till this point as stated above (weeks from keys) it has been fantastic and also to the opinion of my independent supervisor. Any of the very small issues that we have encountered from drawings issues to rectifying minor issues with regulations has all been taking care of from the builder first and foremost and all i have had to do is either agree or input my own feedback which has been taken into account and then changed. Any other questions or modifications that i wanted was taking care of no issues. As stated above we are weeks away from recieveing keys and as much of a sceptical that i am we are over the moon on how the house has turned out and we are so happy that we chose Webb & Brown to build our family home and a home that we will live in for many years to come. I will not name on the people we dealt with but i will be making an effort to make sure when handover commences to show our appreciation that we have built what we consider our dream home thanks to Webb & Brown-Neaves. I think it is also fitting to make sure it is noted that anyone who might be reading this and thinking that it is just some other well off couple building a superior home, it couldnt be any further from that and i wanted to make sure that it was noted as it might read that way. We are a couple who both work full time and just wanted a little more peace of mind for our build. We put extra into the house knowing we wanted it to be a family home but we are extremely happy with everything that Webb & Brown offered us and we hope that this review is enough to make you consider just sitting down and speaking with them and we hope you get half as good people that we had as we are confident that you wont be disappointed! We are weeks away from recieveing keys and looking at the figures to what we might be due at the end is pretty much bang on what was agreed pre contract with no extra build variations. Throughout any build i think it is very common to want to add or change things and that comes at a cost, and with the amount of changes that we did eventually make we are really not much above the originally agreed contract value which i am very impressed with as we have added and changed alot of little things along the way. Our end product is more than what we pictured being a custom design and albeit at this point we are not completely 100% finished we are so so happy with how everything has turned out, better than what we could have expected!1 comment

Great journey with WBN thus far
We started the journey of designing and building our 'forever' home with WBN in the middle of 2018.
Our sales consultant, Nick, was great! He was able to translate our ideas onto paper and made us feel very comfortable throughout the design process.
The costing and contracting process also progressed very well. Cost breakdowns were provided whenever requested.
The pre-start / selection process was overwhelming at first but was ultimately completed with the guidance of the WBN team.

Good builder! Good staff!
The building process is smooth, the building is delivered on time and in good quality. The painter I got from elsewhere said the wall finish is good to be top 2 if not the best from what he has seen throughout the years of his paint work. The independent building inspector also give praise to my builder over the builder of my neighborhood. The service they deliver after handing over is good too, they respond fast to every enquiry we have.

Journey for Dream Home
The journey to build our dream home started with Webb & Brown Neaves after visiting many display homes. Our design consultant Lee Heinke is very knowledgeable, transparent and easy to approach. We had end up with custom design to suit our requirements, Lee and designer Jamie put lot of works to bring our dream home design into reality. We had lot of design changes and options pricing, Lee is good with broad construction knowledge and always keen to assist. Our prestart consultant Veronica also very helpful and professional. In Safe Hands
Our journey so far with Webb & Brown-Neaves has been very smooth and enjoyable. From the moment we had our first meeting with Lee Heinke we knew we were in safe hands. A Rewarding Experience
We can't speak highly enough of our experience of building with Webb & Brown-Neaves. Our journey started when we walked into a display home near our existing house and met Ben Lawrence. We started talking to him about building. Over the next few weeks Ben found us a block in the area we wanted and also went through several designs with us before we settled on a modification of the original display home we met him in. During construction we were lucky to have Peter Meeks as the site supervisor who ensured that everything went according to plan and the quality was excellent. Having built twice before, under the umbrella of WB, APG and Dale Alcock,
I would highly recommend WB to future clients. We met Lee Heinke at a display home, and engaged with him on our planning and design process. Nothing was too much trouble, and his building experience was invaluable in the course of making decisions on design and materials. Although I could have completed this review soon after moving into my WBN home, I didn't feel that you really know if the home you have moved into is, indeed, a well built home until you have lived in it for a good period of time. WBN in-house design team came to my rescue - with a re-design that actually improved my home's livability, and cut the build price to something I could afford! I still love the design. It works SO well for me, and suits the aspect of the house to a tee. And the spec is of a solid, quality, structural standard. I'm super impressed with my home's enviro ratings. (I'm yet to use a heater!) The build process was petty smooth. Any minor hiccups during the process where dealt with quickly, and fairly. The build actually came in well UNDER budget!1 comment

Professional partnership of my project

We are delighted with the design of our WBN home. We combined two display homes and felt confident with the help from Nick Monzu (our Building and Design Consultant) we would get the look we were after. Nick was very keen in showing us display homes and we popped in numerous times to see him regarding product choices, etc and he was always patient and helpful.

Fantastic experience building with WBN
From the onset, it was a very easy process building with WBN. With Nick, the sales experience was exceptional. The quality of WBN documentation at the pre-contract stage was a point of difference, particularly in contrast to the other builders we had cross-shopped. Other builders we engaged with tried to apply pressure in order to get us to sign, using time limits on their 'inclusions' to pressures us into signing early. This wasn't the case with WBN who took a very professional, polished no pressure sales approach.

The flexibility in products and finishes was exactly what we wanted for our build. From stone bench tops to Bosch appliances, all the fixtures/products used were of a high quality. Once the project went to site the process was seamless. We had expected that building might have been stressful, but there was no stress during the build period. Chris, the supervisor, was very professional and good to deal with. The quality of workmanship has been high and we are discerning customers. Being our first build, we weren’t sure what to expect, but working with Martin has been a very enjoyable experience. He was always approachable and nothing was ever impossible! He did so well to provide a design that reflected all of our ideas and was very committed to working through many options to get a design we liked at a price we can afford. We also appreciate that he picked up an issue with our preferred orientation early in the piece that saved us time and avoided re-work down the track.
