Our journey with 8Homes has had a couple of ups and downs, but generally it has been a very positive experience. Pre-construction was amazing. We had fantastic customer service, help and advice from Sales, Contract signing and our Colour appointments. We were able to make modifications to an already fantastic floorplan and can't wait to see the final product. Our dealings with our Site Supervisor have been a little up and down, but after some feedback things have improved dramatically. Our private inspector did pick up on a few faults, but these have been quickly rectified. I would recommend 8Homes.

I am posting a pre-construction review but we have had fantastic run so far. So, we cannot wait for next part of our journey to new home. We had lot in Underbank where some of the other builders declined building in their due to painful developers. However, while being little heart broken we stumbled upon 8Homes and met Maddy Patel (Superstar!!!). He went above and beyond to get us the write house. Got DA approval from the start. Ensured that cost was fixed for site cost, facade, selections, etc. We have had our contracts done and nothing changed as per Maddy’s promise. We would highly recommend Maddy (Upper Point Cook Display) & 8Homes to anyone and everyone.
We are exciting and awaiting titles.

8 Homes teams has been amazing. Professionalism and a stream lined approach by Eight Homes has made the building journey simple and clear. The team has been supportive from the very first sales meeting through to contract signing and pre construction works .

From our sales Consultant (Jarrod Coco) to contract, the team were very knowledgeable with great insights. Maria Saladino has helped in coordinating our documents, contract and changes for our build. Danky (onsite administrator) is amazing, she always follows up with us and prompt with getting back to us. Mason (construction supervisor) is very helpful and kept us updated on the progress during our build. We are currently are up to lock up stage of our build and we are building on track. I strongly recommend Eight homes based on our experience so far throughout sales, presite and construction.

Both Site Supervisor Matt and On-site Customer service specialist Danky has been very professional. Answered all my queries promptly and updated me with every stage of build. The build experience has been very smooth from start to finish. Danky answered all my phone calls. Site supervisor Matt was very knowledgeable and sorted out most of issues reported by our private inspector.

i had a very bad experience with the 2 first supervisors, the third one seems to know his job and has a better customer relation than the previous 2.

we had to push to get things done and some communication issue with eight homes .

expectations were high before signing the contract and what we get .

that is when you realize that the sales team and the construction team are not really communicating.

Caitlin & Adam have been amazing. We only had x1 appointment with Caitlin but she was great. Adam, you have made the whole experience amazing for us & we can’t thank you enough. I went and talked to multiple builders and decided to build with 8homes based on my first info meeting with them. Emily was easy to deal with any questions I had were answered at the meetings or I was able to send emails and she responded promptly. The overall design process was really nice and streamlined so I wasnt overwhelmed with decisions.
At the contract signing they were very recpetive to any changes that I had though about over the time, and as well was able to answer any questions I still had with confidence.
So far I have enjoyed the process and received thoughts and opinions without any pressure and all decisions in the end where entirely made by me. I stated my budget early on in the process and we kept it a few thousand below.

We had a very bad experience! On the day of the contract, we decided to back off and not go ahead with it for our reasons. 10 days later still trying to force us to change our minds with texts and phone calls even though we explained our situation and constantly saying we are not proceeding and we don't care about the $1888....UNBELIEVABLE!
We do not want anyone to contact us, nothing to resolve just wanted to express how stressful this was for us and that it is finally over!

Their 8 step process for house design and colour selection was very comprehensive. We were able to finalise our choices quickly with the help of their friendly Sales and Customer Service staff at their Footscray office. Construction started immediately as soon as we get the land titled. From slab to fixout, we were advised timely and all stages so far were completed reasonably within acceptable time frame.

The process with eight homes has been easy so far. With Kym being a big help pre-construction. We have been receiving updates through photos so we know what construction is up to. Would highly recommend eight homes to anyone. Eight homes offers houses at a reasonable cost compared to other companies.

Service from Travena and Ash has been fantastic throughout the construction process. As adjustments had been required through the build process Ash reassured us that this was no concern and kept us in the loop throughout.

As we are nearing completion of our first home, we are extremely happy with our build so far! We have only had one extremely minor issue (which we overlooked on our plan) and our fantastic site supervisor Ash, and our customer service officer Travena had this fixed within the next day! Any time we have a question or needed clarification at anytime during the build we have been able to contact either Ash or Travena! We can’t wait to move into our home!

So far I can’t fault the build process. Have yet to speak to my site manger Ash but have received an email as to what to expect now the frame has gone up. Travena my customer service consultant has been helpful so far at this early stage.
Looking forward to watching my dream come true.
