Im getting a bit concerned about my courier posted parcel...its been processed through a facility and departed a facility about 20 times but still doesnt say that its left the country.

I purchased a pallet full of items from china,received tracking number AQ848618837CN Tracking says it was cleared by customs and delivered.
I have not received any items at all.How can I check it has even arrived in Australia

Hi My parcel no CY105186619AU sent on 17th March from Adelaide is not yet received by us .As per Australian post tracker flight has landed and the parcel is with Indian postal carrier whereas as per Indian post tracker the parcel is still at Melbourne. Also I got the same reply from Indian post call centre that parcel is still in Melbourne.Please advice about the whereabouts of the parcel .

Hello, I had a parcel sent from usa early Feb 2022 and the tracking says it arrived in Oz at a carrier facility back on the 22nd Feb. Since then there has been no update or parcel at my door. Tracking number is LX693271185US. What's the go?

Got an overseas parcel posted from China coming to Australia by sea, the vessel departed on 5th of Feb. from Shanghai and arrived in Sydney on 13th of Mar. 2022, the 1st leg information of delivery on China Post was very clear, but the 2nd is "pending" provided by Auspost, I checked up and know the container carrying the parcel was discharged on 15th of Mar. and the vessel gone the same day. Now 2 days has passed since the container being discharged, no any updated info but only a "pending" till now, so would you please advise me what the term " pending" exactly mean at this stage, and for how long I have to wait until pending be updated into an information of delivery, thks.

Iam waiting standart international. My tracking number is CH125554808AU. İt says landed in Turkey. But when i search my national cargo tracking its not like this. İts already in the way. Is it a bug in aupost system? I dont understand this

I have been waiting for a small package from Australia. It was cleared at Melbourne Airport on March 11, 2022 and awaiting international departure. Since then there has been no more updates. Is this normal?

How long should it take for a parcel to be cleared from customs Sydney, my parcel came from china btw.

I have an important package coming from Australia to Canada CH125380015AU. They processed it early February and all communications and updates stopped once the plane departed over 3 weeks ago. Their call centre is a joke and I logged an inquiry with them but no reply, and I called my local postal service to see if it even made it to Canada and it hadn't. So supposedly they want me to believe it's been in the air for over 3 weeks. Could be at the bottom of the Pacific for all I know.

Having same problem as many on here.
Parcel from US arrived in Sydney 4/11/2021. Tracking number EP990096154US.
Enquiry submitted after 4 weeks of non delivery with reply suggesting its with customs. Contacted customs and its not in their system.
Lodged 2nd enquiry with Aus Post same result.
Not good enough. I've worked for Toll and always tracked down missing items for customers.
Bring back Christine Holgate!
Look forward to a result or it will be a claim.

I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered from Australia to New Zealand since 9 December 2021 when it arrived in Customs and it is still in Customs waiting for a transit scan. I cannot believe that it has taken so long to process this (which incidentally was a Christmas present) and there have been no updates, communications, zilch. Wonderful customer service and the AusPost call centre is managed by a BOT so no help there either. I am aware that there is a pandemic on but surely that is no excuse for such a late delivery!

Hi, I sent my fingerprints from AUS to USA for a background check for my visa. Sent International Express (Tracking # EJ288194794AU) on 05/02/2022. They estimated 5-8 business days. Now 12 days later and tracking says it's still in Sydney, "received by air carrier." These are sensitive documents, difficult to obtain, and very time sensitive as my immigration status is just pending this background check. I asked AusPost and they had no info other than "it's on its way." Lots of horror stories on this message board. I'm worried. Anyone have ideas or suggestions (other than just wait, which is what AusPost told me to do)?
