I had disconnected my internet temporarily. When I sent a request to reconnect my internet they took three days to acknowledge the request. On forth day they sent a email saying they sent me a new modem (Don't know why I mentioned in the request tick mark I don't need a modem). No sure how many more days required just to activate the internet when you have all the old setup ready.
There is no direct chat support or call support so that you can mention queries and concerns.
We had been with Belong for probably 5-6 years. In the beginning, the customer service was quite good, especially for a telco.
After we've moved house, we've had nothing but continuous dropouts and slow speed. Was moved over to the NBN and it was even worse.
Belong claimed nothing was wrong on their end, we paid for an independent contractor to come out and do a report for Belong to work with. Nothing ever happened to that.
After yet another dropout, lasting over 18 hours (an entire workday) without being able to contact anyone in their cust...

Screen changed quickly. Speedy page turning
Connection reliable and no drop outs. No issues with service. Suggestion have different levels of data for adding data when run out of data. Eg. 10kg or 15 kg

I have never been set up so quickly with a new provider. I have signed up online 3 days ago and I am already connected to the network. There was a little hick-up : I lost my current connection for 2 days because I have been connected to the Belong broadband network very early, but I have contacted the Customer care team and they have fixed the issue and sent the modem over within 48h (including public holiday). Internet speed is as promised.

Raised a complaint for delay in activation.
They promised activation in 48 hours but never got the connection even after a week.
No reply to emails as well.
All they have to say is please wait 24-48 hours for activation everytime I try to contact them
One of the so called complaint manager called and promised activation within 24 hours but never heard from him again.

I've had multiple outages on my Belong NBN internet service and have found that their service and support is terrible. Very slow to contact you and fail to make appointments - last fault took over a week to get working again. Failed to show up on two separate appointments. - no feedback. You have to constantly chase them.

This does not help when two professionals are working from home. Happy for a company to make the choice to go carbon neutral but this means they need adequate staff to still be able to provide a good service when required to their customers. Belong appear to be clearly under staffed yet still charge similar prices to other providers which provide excellent service. The nbn provider is fine until something goes wrong and you need to contact them. There is no actual phone number you can call, only a messaging system. I've been waiting for 2 days, and I still have no internet. I would not recommend at all, I will be cancelling with them. Not a quality provider.

But the topup price of $10 for 5GB is a little rich for my liking.
Only other thing I don't like is that Belong don't offer voicemail, only voice to text. Works fairly well.

Fast delivery of a modem with an easy connection to a fast and reliable service. A minor account issue was attended to with a good and fair outcome. So far, a good product for the price.

There is no call centre you can call to speak to a consultant, you have to send a message and it is very difficult to get them to call you. When they do they say they’ll call back but don’t. After 3.5 weeks of trying I don’t even know where my complaint is at??? Appalling.

Recently my Belong Modem suddenly died for no apparent reason obviously resulting in a loss of internet for my household. Read moressue. A week passed with no modem received and we went on a family holiday where I expected the modem to arrive whilst we were away. Belong did try to contact me a few times but unfortunately you cannot call them back or call them in general, you have to wait for them to call you again. I eventually was able to speak to a customer service representative who asked for more information on my modem issue (i.e. what were the lights on the modem doing). Having thought the modem was already delivered or on the way to my house after being already told it was being replaced I was appropriately surprised when I was asked these questions and proceeded to explain to the rep the history of the issue which they obviously hadn’t read before calling me. After some discussion the conversation concluded with me being advised the modem would be sent shortly and I should receive a notification when that occurs and a phone call on the day I returned from holiday (in five days). Five days later no notification or phone call was received as advised by Belong. I then had to write another email explaining my frustration to which I received a phone call from another customer service representative. Once again, I was met with similar questions about the status of my existing (still broken) modem, and once again this rep had no idea about the history of the issue having not read it before calling me. Having been three (3) weeks since the start of the issue and having expected a replacement modem to be already in my possession this was not the phone call I was expecting. The rep put me on hold and then proceeded to suggest that the modem issue was now my fault and I would be charged for a replacement. After being told twice previously that a replacement modem was coming at no cost and this particular rep somehow making a different assessment against previous advice this was the final straw and the subsequent end of my dealings with Belong. I immediately cancelled my Belong NBN service via their website and was meet with a notification saying I would be contacted within 2 hours regarding the cancelation. Of course, I did not and have not yet been contacted by Belong about my cancelation. Not a surprise really and relatively in line with the level of service Belong had given me to date. Spend the extra money if you can so to be sure when you have a problem with your service the service provider will actually be able to help you.G'day Russell, thanks for reaching out. I’ve had no internet for 4 days and unfortunately, these guys have NO number to call! I’ve left multiple emails (told I will have a response within 2 hours) haven’t had a response in 4 days! This has hugely impacted my work as I work from home and can’t believe that I have not been called back yet! I do not recommend this service to anyone.

The ability to add data when needed has been so handy, particularly when using QR codes and check-in during the pandemic. We also have had NBN (unlimited, at home) with Belong for one year now, and have had NO issues. Thanks for the flexibility/efficiency Belong!! P.s.
