I had disconnected my internet temporarily. When I sent a request to reconnect my internet they took three days to acknowledge the request. On forth day they sent a email saying they sent me a new modem (Don't know why I mentioned in the request tick mark I don't need a modem). No sure how many more days required just to activate the internet when you have all the old setup ready.

There is no direct chat support or call support so that you can mention queries and concerns.

We had been with Belong for probably 5-6 years. In the beginning, the customer service was quite good, especially for a telco.
After we've moved house, we've had nothing but continuous dropouts and slow speed. Was moved over to the NBN and it was even worse.
Belong claimed nothing was wrong on their end, we paid for an independent contractor to come out and do a report for Belong to work with. Nothing ever happened to that.
After yet another dropout, lasting over 18 hours (an entire workday) without being able to contact anyone in their cust...

Connection reliable and no drop outs. No issues with service. Suggestion have different levels of data for adding data when run out of data. Eg. 10kg or 15 kg

I have never been set up so quickly with a new provider. I have signed up online 3 days ago and I am already connected to the network. There was a little hick-up : I lost my current connection for 2 days because I have been connected to the Belong broadband network very early, but I have contacted the Customer care team and they have fixed the issue and sent the modem over within 48h (including public holiday). Internet speed is as promised.

Raised a complaint for delay in activation.
They promised activation in 48 hours but never got the connection even after a week.
No reply to emails as well.
All they have to say is please wait 24-48 hours for activation everytime I try to contact them
One of the so called complaint manager called and promised activation within 24 hours but never heard from him again.

I've had multiple outages on my Belong NBN internet service and have found that their service and support is terrible. Very slow to contact you and fail to make appointments - last fault took over a week to get working again. Failed to show up on two separate appointments. - no feedback. You have to constantly chase them.

Signed up with Belong over four years ago which was easy and was able to call through and speak to an Australian when I had connection issues which was resolved easily over the phone then and there. In the past year I have had three connection issues where I have had to contact Belong and found that they have gone Carbon neutral (in Another country) which means you cannot call Belong directly. The nbn provider is fine until something goes wrong and you need to contact them. There is no actual phone number you can call, only a messaging system. I've been waiting for 2 days, and I still have no internet. I would not recommend at all, I will be cancelling with them. Not a quality provider.

Belong offer cheap data and mobiles plan that require manual topups - which I like as it helps control costs.
But the topup price of $10 for 5GB is a little rich for my liking.
Only other thing I don't like is that Belong don't offer voicemail, only voice to text. Works fairly well.

Fast delivery of a modem with an easy connection to a fast and reliable service. A minor account issue was attended to with a good and fair outcome. So far, a good product for the price.

I changed my NBN provider from Belong because of poor customer service. There is no support to resolve issues. When you depend upon NBN for a livelihood support is essential

There is no call centre you can call to speak to a consultant, you have to send a message and it is very difficult to get them to call you. When they do they say they’ll call back but don’t. After 3.5 weeks of trying I don’t even know where my complaint is at??? Appalling.

Recently my Belong Modem suddenly died for no apparent reason obviously resulting in a loss of internet for my household. No problems all good fast top up for when I require more data
Only a small 2gigs of data so I do go through it quick but for $10 I get 5 gig woo hoo

When travelling in Australia Belong hotspot is essential to keeping my Optus iPad wifi operational at reasonable down load and up load speeds. Makes travel and holidays so much more enjoyable.

Great Customer Service and Fast Speed on Internet and Mobile Plan. Very helpful. The only issue I have is being able to get in contact with belong. Other than that, I have no issues, it’s great! Recommend

Lots of issues setting up and then transferring a service. No replies from customer service via email, because you can’t contact them via phone. Switched providers and had problem resolved immediately.

Can be frustrating when trying to top up data as you’re not notified when data is low, makes for VERY slow process as connection speed is very restricted which then the Belong app struggles to load properly. Need a text messaging service or some sort of notification to give a heads up of when data is running low.

If I could rate no starts u would you expect me to pay 50$ to be able to receive a text I haven’t used the SIM card in months you disconnected me yet I got to pay for the credit still there is no contact number you are a JOKE. Go to hell

I’ve had no internet for 4 days and unfortunately, these guys have NO number to call! I’ve left multiple emails (told I will have a response within 2 hours) haven’t had a response in 4 days! This has hugely impacted my work as I work from home and can’t believe that I have not been called back yet! I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I have been a Belong customer for over 2 years now. from the beginning it was a rocky start, with constant contact with their support team in India trying to solve an 'on sight' issue that took weeks to sought out. After speaking with customer service located in Australia I was able to get a discount and a few other bonuses for the troubles. which was great, well done Belong.
But now this brings me to today, trying to contact belong to cancel the service due to relocation.
NOW there is NO customer contact line or email address. NO longer ANY ...

Have to pay more of course but finally we get the product.
Seems tough that more money for us oldies gets us the speed we need.
However we are happy now to have the speed.

No phone number, takes way to long to get back in contact...I wouldn't be surprised if this review gets commented on before I actually hear back about my problems....DON'T BOTHER

The ability to add data when needed has been so handy, particularly when using QR codes and check-in during the pandemic. We also have had NBN (unlimited, at home) with Belong for one year now, and have had NO issues. Thanks for the flexibility/efficiency Belong!! P.s. Being Carbon-Zero/Carbon-Positive is demonstrating leadership in telecomms and low footprint thinking.
