The team was able to give us a very accurate price, and sound advice in terms of inclusions, offering a range of options. The sales team was not pushy but were very informative.
Colour selection team was awesome. Gave us ideas on what would work within the limits of what we wanted.
When it came to building it was a very swift process and no issues were identified. Site supervisor kept us in the loop and happy to answer any questions.
Handover occurred BEFORE the due date, and no imperfections.

From the first day our SC Mel was very helpful. She went above and beyond guiding us through the process. She had a lot of patience and time for us. We had a few issues before we could start but If it wasn't for Mel I'm not sure what would have been. She was very honest the whole way through and made the experience positive.
Once we went to site The build process was handled very well by our SS Paul. He addressed all issues professionally and in a timely manner and he has good attention to detail and also went above and beyond to fix things. The build took just under 6 months once ground was broken.

The building consultant did a realistic plan, which is literally what I need and suits perfect! Budget is reasonable compared with other building companies. Preconstructuon took quite long for going through checklist. Some issues post construction, the supervisor followed up well too. Many thanks for consultant Chris and supervisor Corey!

We are please with all the services provided from start to finish. From doing our plans and choosing our colors to the day we moved in. We have had to have a couple of thing replaced but the guys are on to it. The cost was a little over our budget but we added a lot of extras

Build 78926 Disappointed not only with dishonest time lines given but left with a major problem can not even have heating installed in our family home ? and signed of on because Evaporated cooler was installed too close to wood heater cavity less than 1500mm away that was also provided by dennis family homes was framed up as part of the building there was a variation and an email from my supervisor stating it would be moved but never happened so now I'm left with the problem to sort out not too mention the lack of quality and 2 odd coloured door handles would of only cost dennis family homes $1200 to move the Evap cooler and a couple of door handles and I would have been a happy customer ?

It's now 12 months since handover on our Riverton. The build process was very smooth and our special requests were handled very professionally. Our site supervisor was always available and hands-on with the build. We were also able to communicate directly with sub contractors to make small variations on electrical and tiling. The after sales service has been excellent. Highly recommend Dennis Family in Ballarat.

We have lived in our new DFH for almost 12 months now. I can honesty say that DFH did a fantastic job, the quality of workmanship was very high. Our building supervisor Craig did an excellent job of coordinating and supervising all the various trades people needed during the build. We are extremely happy with the end result. Our 6 months maintenance jobs have all been carried out to the same high standard. The whole Ballarat team are a credit to the Dennis Family name. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again should the need arise. I don't think we will need to though, we have built our dream home and we love it.

Professional but friendly staff there to assist you all the way. skilled obliging contractors all went very well except for the pile of rubble to be removed after hand over ug. The building supervisor was exceptional nothing was to much trouble. A much needed wheel chair ramp was built with no hassle, same as for safety rails. A job well done by all

A really great experience building a home with Dennis Family Homes. The whole process went very smoothly and we recieved wonderful support throughout.Our new home was ready absolutely at the time agreed and every thing was as we had asked. The build progressed without any dramas, I was always kept in the loop of what was going on, and the Dennis family home staff - from office, display home and building staff were all helpful and communicative. The house was finished several weeks prior to the estimated finishing date and the presentation and overall finish were fantastic. Well done Dennis Family Homes. I would recommend you to anyone!
